Now a days many of them are fighting with overweight problem, but to the contraversy you are suffering from underweight problem. Increasing your weight is not a tuff process rather than decreasing the weight. Any way according to me, homoeopathic treatment with following tips will help you - Here are some tips to follow, *daily in the morning in empty stomach have a glass of cold water mix with half spoon of honey and few drops of lime juice. *you can add milk, ghee, butter, lassi and curd in your daily food. *also add dry fruits and nuts in your food. *have a sweet daily. *sleep well in night and also in day time. *you can also add bakery foods and jam. *you should be a lover of chocolates and icecreams. *weekly once have a cakes, pizza and burgers. If you follow these you will surely put on 2kgs in 10 days

Went to a doc he gave me the following Ivepred, LCZ, Topicid and asked to avoid sunlight. I have never had this no asthma what could this be? Some home remedies he suggested none. I had home cooked fish last night and I hv had that before. Could it be a good allergy I also had sprouts. I have been suffering from sleep apnea since last 7-8 years when I used to wake up early in morning 3-4 am with bad dream and huge headache along with weight loss . One of the top doctor at Sir Gangaram Hospital advised me Rivotril 0.5 mg for faster relief which did give me sleep also allowed me to regain weight over 5-6 years. But I wanted to get rid of my dependence on sleep medicine and went to a sleep specialist who advised me sleep test. Report indicted I am having excessive snoring with oxygen deprivation which is disturbing my sleep. My AHI is 11.6 /hr with minimum oxygen saturation at 91%. He advised use of CPAP m/c on trial for 7 days. I could use CPAP only for 3-4 days as it puts me into inconvenience specially my upper jaw becomes painful and tight in the morning besides other inconvenience of using this mask. While morning walk and meditation has allowed me to get rid of medicine for last 10 days. I still get restless sleep after 3-4 am and headache in morning and not completely cured. I had front upper 3 teeth crowned (middle teeth has to be removed and 2 side teeth crowned in order to have front look intact) around same time (8 years back) and feel the less gap in 3 crowned front upper teeth and raised portion could be troubling me for lack of oxygen or when I wear mask for CPAP. Can you please advise what should I do as this problem is spoiling my health and I am determined to get rid of this.

Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using Ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using Ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Hello. It's a myth that plucking gray hair or cutting gray hair encourages more gray hair on the head. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil.

Today I had climb upstairs 3 times till 6th floor but meri saans full rahi thi and my legs was also paining a lot and...
dear sneha. 1st of all 1 thing i want to clear that climbing of 6 floors is good exercise capacity for a normal daily moderately working people. if you want me to add more scientific details. climbing more than 5 flight of stairs requires at least >20ml/kg/min of o2 supply through lungs, which is far greater than normal consumption of 250 ml/min. so you are feeling all those symptoms. as far as my knowledge is concerned no need for further testing... if u want further clarification contact me by replying to this message

Eat food rich in good calories for weight gain one banana contains approximately 100 calories. Not only are bananas rich in carbs and nutritious, they're also great for workout fuel, adding extra fat to your food is an easy way to add calories, choose olive oil, canola oil, etc. Which is good for your health and will add those much needed calories too, one serving of cheddar cheese packs a good 69 calories. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat, cholesterol and cheese calories.
