Whatever injection might have been given to your mother atbherbyoung age. Would not have any significant effects now at this stage. The pain at the site may be due to someother cause. If it is due to injury at the site muscle relaxant spray or ointment externally. It will be ok.

What is the reason that I am always suffering from gastric problem?
What are the solutions?
Dear, the main cause of gastric problem are * hurry * worry *curry * firstly take your meals with proper chewing and do not be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do anulom - vilom pranayam in the morning. It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * put 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunff) in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * take few leaves of mint (pudina), coriander leaves (dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper. Crush them well and make paste. Take 1 teaspoon this paste (chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

Hello, I am Dr Vikass Khanna. I’m working as a counsellor and hypnotist in Gurgaon Delhi. Today I will be talking about depression.

What is depression?

We have all been depressed sometimes in our lives. We’ve all been through ups and downs.

What is clinical depression?

CD is a very vague and broad clubbing of thought patterns. But does depression have a substance, absence of a state you want to be in. Let’s go to the roots of drips. You never visited the roots. The value system of our society which tells us to be someone to be happy to be kind, to be successful is the root of depression. We are always in a state of being someone, be somewhere, we have to be kind, to be more religious, be somewhere. Somewhere where one is not. There lies the conflict of what you are and what you want to be. Life is paly of polar opposites. You have expectations. You will have frustrations. They are eternally linked. If you don’t know the definition of happiness there’s no unhappiness. So why does one want to be in a futuristic state always, all the time, to be someone. As per the culture happiness, expecting something or the other all the time.

Now how do you manage depression?

Either pop a pill, take anti-depressants, which are 3 basically serotonin reuptake inhibitors. They inhibit the serotonin uptake. The chemicals they act till your taking them. In the brain circuits, a lot of adverse effects associated.

What is the other kind of motivation?

Diversion, meditation, which are again suppressions. This suppressing kind of thought, Will you get rid of depression by that? Can you stop struggling to be free of depression? It is your mind which tells that you’re not happy. you’re sad. You should be somewhere. You should be like this. The same mind tells you to be free of depression. It is a moment, a mental moment, a though moment. Both the things can bring about that change.

Can you be depression free by struggling?

To get rid of it. Or increasing the depression like falling into the trap of depression. Can u let go of this struggle? Can you revisit the roots of depression? Expectations that ideal state, you want to be in. ideal state.

For any help enquiry, you can either come through the platform of lybrate or you can contact me directly on my mobile no. I’m available in Gurgaon and Delhi on appointments.

Thank you

I am prem. My problem is highly hair fall, I try many type of shampoo. But not progress.
Hello Lybrate user, there are many causes of hair fall, like exposure to pollution, prolong stress, chemical content of shampoo, prolong illness like malaria, typhoid, hormonal imbalance (like hypothyroidism), nutrition deficiency etc.; have protein rich diet like milk, egg, etc. Add more fruits in diet, avoid stress, have enough sleep (7-8 hrs), avoid chemical added shampoo and cosmetic hair oils. Give coconut/almond oil massage to scalp. Take homeopathic treatment for chronic hair fall, it's safe and natural. Medicine is selected on basis of thorough details like medical history, cause, routine, temperament etc. Hence well selected remedy gives complete relief and promotes hair growth. Message back for homeopathic consultation.

Hi. I am getting lot of hair fall can you please suggest me how to control my hair fall.

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian

Hi. I am getting lot of hair fall can you please suggest me how to control my hair fall.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

I have a black spot on my face. Like sunburn marks. How to remove it can you suggest me any cream?
There are many dark spot removal creams in the market. No marks is a good cream. Also take vitamin c and protect yourself against sun in future by using sun screen regularly/covering your skin outdoors/ avoiding going out in afternoon.

Hi doctor I am suffering from skin daisies (itching) and ring warm I used lots of medicine but I don't get relief please tell me I can do what.

Hi doctor I am suffering from skin daisies (itching) and ring warm I used lots of medicine but I don't get relief ple...
Hello, Ringworm is caused by a fungus that grows on the skin. Once the fungus is established, it spreads out in rings. The centre of the ring may clear up, while a new ring of infection develops at the edge of the old ring. Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree. Medication: Take Schwabe's Tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks. Management: Good personal hygiene helps prevent the spread of ringworm. Teach your child to practice good hygiene and generally not to share combs, brushes, or hats. Children also shouldn't share towels, clothes, or sports equipment that haven't been properly cleaned. Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others. Ringworm can also be transmitted from an infected dog or cat, so avoid animals who look mangy or have bald spots in their coats. If you have an animal that you think may have ringworm, take it to the vet for treatment.
