To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. You signs you need sexy therapy

Some people who go to a sex therapist experience low desire or libido. There are also those who have problems getting it up, have premature ejaculation, or do not experience orgasm. These are problems that may occur for a period of time and for different reasons, but if you fit the bill in the signs we give below, then this means that you should probably seek the help of a sex therapist.

#1 persistent problems. If you experience a hard time 'getting up' or getting hard, and this problem persists for two weeks or more, this is a sign that there could be a deeper underlying issue that needs to be looked at by a professional. This is the same for other performance-related issues that are out of your control.

#2 painful. Sex should give you pleasure. If you feel unusual pain when you're having sex, chances are, you *and/or your partner* have health-related problems. Consulting a therapist can help you find the best medical-based advice on what positions will best lessen the pain, what positions and deeds are most comfortable, and what techniques you can employ to make the most of your time in bed.

#3 no climax. Maybe you don't have a partner and you're used to having a go at it on your own. Then suddenly, you find yourself not reaching climax. Again, if this problem is persistent for a few months, or each time you masturbate, this can be due to an underlying issue that an expert can help sort out for you.

#4 addiction or shame. Today, many more people are coming out with their addiction to porn or sex. As for you, you may find yourself questioning your own sexual habits and you may want to sort out why you are feeling ashamed, guilty, secretive, or compulsive about your sexual preferences or habits.

By going to a sex therapist, you can have a better perspective of what you are going through, and determine whether or not you have a sex or porn addiction. If you do have either, then a sex therapist can help you discover healthy ways to deal with your addiction - and even kick it for good.

#5 sex arguments. It may start with casual teasing about how your partner slept with you as you were about to do the deed...but then it happens again and again - so much so that you start to bicker about it. If you are arguing about your sex life and are complaining about it, it can help to seek a therapist before your problems in bed overflow to other aspects of your relationship.

#6 unsatisfactory sex life. While you may both be very polite or don't want your sex life to be the main drive for your happiness in your relationship, having one *or both* partners dissatisfied in the bedroom is a recipe for disaster.

Maybe you or your partner is having erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation and you don't want to tell the other party about it, or you are experiencing trouble reaching orgasm. Going to a sex therapist and having another point of view *a professional one, at that* can help you open up about the problem and promptly seek effective solutions to deal with it.

#7 strained relationships. If your sexual performance and intimacy issues are causing a strain in your relationship, this is also a good reason to bring in a sex therapist. Maybe you' re not having as much sex as you used to, or you are not performing well in bed, and this is causing your partner a great deal of frustration or disappointment that carries over, out of the bedroom.

After all, a lack of sex can cause the distance between couples and cause frequent bickering. If you want to save your relationship and enjoy sex with your partner again, you really should go to a therapist.

#8 lack of libido. Again, dry spells are natural, and people *or couples* experience them from time to time. They could be due to stress, exhaustion, sudden changes in your lifestyle, or something else. However, if your lack of mood lasts for more than a couple of months, this could be a problem. A sex therapist can help you when it comes to improving your communication with each other and how the lack of sex is making you or your partner feel.

#9 unusual behavior. There will be very few cases when people have an unhealthy outlook on sex, whether due to their upbringing, personal beliefs, or behavior. If you are like this and you are scared of having sex, have not ever had sex, are traumatized about sex, or would describe yourself as absolutely not into sex and this affects not just your relationships *if you have had any* but the way you deal with people, this can also be a red flag for you to seek counseling from a therapist.

Sex is a natural phenomenon and humans are fortunate to experience it in a way that can blow our minds. However, there is also a science and psychology behind sex. Talking to a professional sex therapist about your problems or concerns regarding sex can greatly improve not only your sex life but your overall quality of life.

The key is to be open-minded and honest enough to let someone in on the private details of your sex life. After all, it's better to get to the root of the problem before it gets worse and destroys not only yourself and your happiness but also that of the people around you.

Everyone will have experienced, or will experience, a sexual problem *or more* at some point. Even couples who seem perfect may have undesirable secrets that they'd rather hide behind closed doors. Some problems are easily fixed, while others need the expertise of a therapist.

If you are able to relate to one or more of the signs above, as awkward as you may feel, that is your cue to head to a therapist and talk about your problem.

The reason for the headache is inadequate sleep only. Sleep in a quiet and dark room. Avoid stress and tensions. .do deep breathing exercises. Eat healthy diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Avoid coffee. Hope this helps u.

Weight gain is muscle gain. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

mosambi one fruit usually provides about 43 k cals, plus good amount of vitamin c. It is good and can be taken by a diabetic person but just one serving in a day. If juice is taken blood sugar rise is pretty rapid as absorption is very fast. But quantity is less.

PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.

I think you are suffering from ibs, I would advise you to meet a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated and then start the treatment with both medicines and counselling.
