Hye, thanks for the query. Being, a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Long gaps consequent heavy meals lead to not only hyperglycemia but gas as well. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline. I would advise you to take a personalised consultation.

Jo problem gas pass hone se ek dam kam ho jati hai vo serious kaise hogi no need to worry. But all your complaints are suggesting that the reason behind may be any type of stress in any field of life i.e student professional family parenting etc. Etc which needs mind management after which mind comes to know in 1st meeting that these problems will not occur again in future. What should I do for make my properly digestive system I have a problem of indigestion.
Eat a lot of Vegetable salads throughout the day. A diet high in fibre is the best bet for healthy digestion. Eat carrots, beet root, turnip etc. Along with dietary fibre, they provide you with lots of vitamins and minerals. Eat all seasonal fruits (if you don't have any other medical condition.) Pomegranate is known to promote healthy digestion. Eat it rather than drinking it's juice. Also increase your water intake upto 5-6 litres per day.

Digestion may be hampered by excess stress, irregular meal timings ,heavy foods. Start some chywanprash and amla ginger juice to kick start your digestion process. Later on try with simple light home made foods. Then start including foods slowly, known to cause upset like pulses, wheat, dairy products etc . eliminate foods that cause you discomfort

I am suffering from bleeding from anus at the time of bathroom since 3 year, bleeding is irregular, please suggest me what can I medicine use to stop bleeding.

MBBS, MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Hyderabad
According to your history bleeding from anus is at the time of passing stool only, as there is no pain associated it doesn't look like you have a fissure in ano, you may be having piles which may be of first degree or second as your history is not that clear. My advice to you is to eat foods with high fiber content like lots of green vegetables, fruits, avoid refined foods with low fiber, like pasta, noodles, meats, etc. Drink plenty of water, inculcate good bowel habits, avoid constipation. As bleeding from any where is abnormal I advice you to undergo proctoscopic examination at the earliest by proctologist or a general surgeon.

high fibre diet sometimes increases the bulk of stool and may cause problem in patients with fissure. so my advice is to take green vegetables/fruits/salad etc. avoid spicy/oily food. you can take cereals like dals, daliya etc. you can use ;laxatives in case of hard stool.
