Hi! Do a test called CA125 and repeat the ultrasound after 2 wk. Follow up with the report. You have not mentioned about the characteristics of the cyst, so it's difficult to comment regarding the pregnancy thing. Thanks.

HPV Infection and Cancer

MBBS, MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Delhi
HPV Infection and Cancer

Human papillomavirus(HPV) is considered a sexually transmitted infection that can be passed by skin, mouth and genital contact.

  • It is one of very few infections that can, over time, lead to cancer.
  • There are many different types(or strains); most are not linked to cancer. Cancer strains can cause differnet types of cancer, but most people with these HPV strains will never develop any kind of HPV associated cancer.
  • In females, Cervical and in males, penile cancer can occur due to cancer causing strains. Unlike with cervical cancer, not all cases of penile, anal,or oral cancers are due to HPV.
  • There are vaccines available to prevent HPV Infections, mainly for cancer causing strains and also for genital warts(6,8 strain).
  • Vaccine is indicated at present in females 9 to 45 years of age, though males shall benefit also from vaccine. it is given at 0 and 2 months for age below 14 years of age and at 0, 2 and 6 months above 14 years of age( Quadrivalent Vaccine).

How to control anger?

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
How to control anger?
Although the senses require a certain amount of satisfaction, unless regulated they become like wild horses, forcing one to obey their whims.

Craving the objects of their satisfaction, the senses take control of the mind and intelligence, leading to frustration and anger when their impossible demands go unmet.

From this anger, delusion arises, and from delusion, bewilderment of memory. When memory is bewildered, human intelligence is lost, leaving one in a hell of irrational behavior.

As fever is a symptom of some disease in the body, anger is a symptom of ongoing material hankerings.

Just as treating fever alone will not cure the disease, treating anger without understanding it to be a symptom of lust will not extinguish the unwanted behavior.

To conquer anger, we must first ask how we shall conquer lust.

If I presume that your gf has a regular 30 days menstrual cycle then there is a strong possibility of her being pregnant due to unprotected sex 15 days back but if she is having irregular menstrual cycle then probability chances lessens. So all depends upon her cycle and I will advise you to go for a Urine pregnancy test before acting further.
