10 years ago I was operated tonsillectomy. And now have chronic glandular pharyngitis since last 21/2 year. Initially I was medicated antibiotics. So I want to get rid from this conditions. So suggest me which medical treatment I prefer Ayurveda or any other? How much course time? And will this conditions go into neoplastic conditions. Help me.

It should not go into neoplastic conditions and few tips for you- Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet , always be stress free , exercise regularly

Please check her by a gynaec. Regular antenatal check ups are v imp at this time. Her swelling feet may be pathological or normal. Her blood pressure needs to be checked to see if it is normal. Back ache is there which is due to gravid uterus heaviness will be there in 3rd trimester. Local volini gel application may be done.

Dear, keloids are formed due to defective healing of body injury. I can suggest you some better tips to get relief from keloids: * boil 100 gm of dry or fresh neem leaves in 500 ml of water and wash keloids with this water daily. * take 2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) and 2 tea spoon of mehndi, mix some water in it and make paste. Apply this paste on keloids and wash it after 45 minutes. Repeat it atleast for 20-25 days. * you can take mahamanjishtarishth but only under the guidance of an ayurveda expert. * you can also opt the plastic surgery or radiation therapy by consulting a cosmetic surgeon.

Yes, it can be used. But it is more helpful for females. As it contains female hormones at peak levels. So male are not much benefited by that. For reducing weight you go to gym or swimming or else you can go for just my obesity package. Because many patients have been benefitted by that package. You can also take advantage of it. Although immunotherapy is one of the modality for treatment of allergy but I think u can wait for some more time. Try tab. Allegra 120 mg daily at bed time and ezicas -f nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day along with that steam inhalation for 2 weeks. Get a ct scan done after that to rule out any underlying pathology.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

If that is occurring for the 1st time and breathlessness is troublesome you must get your cardiac check up urgently. Once heart problem is ruled out then only things like gas or acidity may be considered. Do not keep guessing about Gas, it is unsafe to waste time in such complaints.

Hi 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

With salads around, the long and gruesome hours in the kitchen are a thing of the past. A bowl full of lip smacking salad, well structured with fruits, vegetables and quality oils, will do your health a world of good. Preparing salads is no rocket science. Get all the ingredients together, and switch to the way of health and nourishment.

  1. A feeling of fullness like never before: Experiencing an irresistible craving for food? Salad is at your service. A bowl of salad will give you a feeling of fullness, keeping the hunger pangs and cravings at bay. With salads, you don't even need to be repetitive. A little modification, and your taste buds are in for a treat.

The stages of ckd (chronic kidney disease) are mainly based on measured or estimated gfr (glomerular filtration rate). There are five stages but kidney function is normal in stage 1, and minimally reduced in stage 2. Observation, control of blood pressure. More on management of stages 1 and 2 ckd.

Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500mg after taking food (as and when required). Yes there is possibility of that. Share your symptoms (nose/ throat related) in detail including status of your blood pressure and eye sight, I will prepare an advice accordingly. ***Get Well Soon*** “Yoga/meditation has a great relaxation power.”
