I am breastfeeding mother of 22 month old daughter. But feeds from left side only for few months as my right side breast produced less milk and nipple is small. Sometimes I have pain in my right breast. Is this a early sign of breast cancer? Please help.

If you had spontaneous abortion then you will have to get yourself evaluated but you have undergone medical termination of pregnancy then be careful. Follow a proper family planning method. Conceive only when you have to continue the pregnancy.

Exercise for Pregnant Women

Walking during pregnancy is the best cardiovascular exercise. A pregnant women can do it at home or anywhere else. Walking is a great, safe exercise for pregnant women. It’s an ideal way to make sure that you’re getting the exercise you need in pregnancy. Brisk walking works your heart and lungs.


    Start with a short, comfortable stroll and gradually increase the duration of the walk.
    Once you’ve got into the habit of walking regularly, you can build up to faster, 30-minute walking sessions, four or more times a week.
    You can walk for longer than that. Slow down or stop if you feel tired or feel any pain.

Swimming is safe in pregnancy.


    Swimming helps to keep you fit, which will make it easier to adapt to pregnancy.
 Swimming is a particularly good exercise in pregnancy, as the water helps to support your extra weight.
 It’s usually safe for you to swim throughout your pregnancy.

Yoga

Yoga should be practiced daily. Join regular aerobic exercise too, such as brisk walking or swimming. This will complement your yoga practice and help to develop muscle tone, strength and stamina.

• takes the strain off your back and pelvis, by using positions such as going on your hands and knees, which is a great position for pregnancy.
Aerobics

Aerobic exercise gets your heart beating a little faster, and makes you slightly out of breath.
Doing regular, low-impact aerobic exercise in pregnancy will help you to:
• strengthen your heart and lungs tone your muscles ease pregnancy aches and pains get a better night’s sleep.

Home Remedy- Cook a handful of rice in a half a lit of water in an open pan. When rice is ready don’t throw the residue water drink reason this water when it remains that much hot that you can consume. Drink it on adding 1 tsp of sugar. This relieves your leucorrhoea that within a week. Treatment- 1-Take pranacharya leucorest syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 2-Take pranacharya leucona capsule 1-1 twice a day Diet-avoid tea and coffee.

Ergonomically correct way to sit at a computer desk:
1. Sit straight in your chair with support of lumbar roll, rolled towel or small pillow over low back area.
2.2. Try to sit on the edge of chair so that you do not lean forward. While sitting on edge is comfortable to make your spine erect, form an arch, make your head to drop in front and your shoulders to round.
3. Drop your shoulders and rest them.
4. Arms should be close to your sides with elbows bend at 90 degree position.
5. Head should be stretch towards the ceiling.
6. Chin tuck in.
7. Upper back should be straight by rolling shoulders backwards along with tummy tuck in.
8. Neck in comfortable straight position.
9. The height of the table should be adjusted in a way so that it should not be too high or too low in the level of eyes so that neck should not bend up or down.
10. Knees should be in 90 degree flexion so that they are on level with your hips.
11. Feet should be place flat on the floor. Make sure it should make a level with knee and hip position. If knee or leg pains then you can also keep small stool or footstool or other support to rest your foot on it.

Hi lybrate user, v can't say anything for sure now, wait till 8wks for scan to see fetal heart , if bleeding inc get the scan immediately because there is risk of miscarriage if it continues . Take rest , avoid travelling n intercourse till then.

Your age is not mentioned, but if it is less than 18, then it would be better to confide in your parents, and approach a government mtp center and get an abortion done, with parents consent, which is mandatory by law if you are above 18, and have confirmed your pregnancy then too, you can seek abortion from a abortion center where they will do necessary tests and then give you the choices for abortion. Abortion is a simple procedure which if done by specialists, causes elast damage to your body. If the same abortion is done by those who are quacks and not qualified to do abortion, then it may cause damage to your body and prevent your chances of having a child in future, so be bold and approach the right abortion center. Abortion is done by 2 methods, if pregnancy is less than 3 months. 1. By taking tablets: these tablets are not available in medical stores, and they are usually distributed only by qualified doctors. In this method a doctor gives you tablets on 2 days and then you have to wait for the bleeding to occur. The tablets cause the abortion and throw out the baby along with the blood. This bleeding may be like a heavy menses and it may last for a few days. In some the bleeding may be huge or for more days and hence the patient may get giddiness or seek an" emergency abortion" in the hospitals. This will lead to extra expenses. While medical abortion is safe, there could be: 1. Excess bleeding 2. Incomplete abortion 3. Infection 4. Need for an emergency surgery to complete the abortion 5. It may fail and pregnancy may continue in some 2. Surgical abortion: here the patient goes to the abortion center, gets examined and is scheduled for an abortion at a date. On the day of abortion the patient is asked to come to hospital without food and water for 6 hours she is given injections to prepare her and to make her anesthetised and then the uterus is cleaned of it's pregnancy contents using some instruments. After waiting for observation the patient is discharged, with antibiotics and painkillers advantages of surgical abortion are: 1. Its swift 2. Its mostly complete 3. It finishes the abortion in a half a day, so patient is free to resume her work 4. It is done under anesthesia so the patient doesnot feel the pain of the abortion 5. Bleeding is less than medical abortion as the gynecologist who does it can use medicines to tackle any extra bleeding. So choose wisely do not go to quacks for abortion the government of india had a mtp law according to which only 1. Qualified gynecologist. I md, dgo, Ms. (gynecologists) 2. Trained mbbs doctors can do the abortion. All other doctors are not allowed to do it!
