You are growing now focus on good nutrition and eating healthy will be much more better than any other program. Eating healthy with yummy taste is not difficult at all. Eat balanced diet including carbs, proteins and fats. Add 2 servings of veggies and 1 serving of fruits. If it seems difficult do take help. Of Nutritionist.

Yes you can do that. The simple reason for this is our body be in rest position for more than 6-8 hours thus it cn lead to dehydration. You can also start your day with 1 tsp chavanprash with 1 glass Luke warm water this season.
