Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, lead a healthy lifestyle! If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter.

Dear Lybrate user. I am sorry that there is no method with which you can reduce the harmful effects of your smoking. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Nicotine and other chemicals can cause cancer of different types and areas. Throat cancer, mouth cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer and brain problems can result. Over and above smoking may also increase the risk factor of heart attack and brain stroke. Please quit smoking. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. If you’re ready to stop smoking and willing to get the support you need, you can recover from nicotine addiction and abuse—no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless you feel. The first step in treating nicotine addiction is accepting that you have a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for your actions isn’t easy. But it’s a necessary step on the road to treatment and recovery. You should then consult a psychiatrist / psychologist who fill follow this treatment. 1. Detoxification using medicines. 2. Beard growth largely depends on genes. Delayed growth or less growth are common problems. If your family history does not show any such problem, you might be suffering from a deficiency, for that you need a regular checkup. Take vitamin b12, protein, omega 3. You can apply cow's butter on the area to stimulate hair growth.

Forget the medical terms, and tell me exactly what you suffered. Example if you have a headache on one side, don't say hemicrania but say pain on one side - okay? there are a few reasons for the skin to darken - liver problems is one. You tell me your problem exactly and I will medicate you. If it' s a temporary setback then it will clear in time. But if something deeper, you'll need medical intervention. Dr. J tikari

Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. You can go for skin polishing treatment at a dermatologist's clinic. At home you can apply gram flour-yogurt-turmeric paste on the areas. It will take time to lighten. You can start using body whitening cream regularly.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

The cause of white spots are * loss of pigmentation * fungal infection * loss of upper skin due to dryness to treat the white spots- * apply coconut or mustard oil on th effected parts once a day specially in the evening. * crush 15-20 leaves of neem and put them in a bucket of luke warm water for 15 minutes & take bath with this water. * take a glass of milk added with a teaspoon of protien powder once a day. * sit for atleast 5-8 minutes in sun in the morning or evening. * apply the paste of aloe vera & turmeric powder on the effected parts of body 2 times a week for 15-20 minutes.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Kali Brom 30 ( 4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week 2. Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert Follow the tips: *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *Avoid harsh skin products.

Hi lybrate-user 1]water- think of water as a food group in your diet. Always carry a bottle of water in your bag to keep yourself hydrated as well as active throughout the day. Sometimes we don't realise that we just need a glass of water and instead think that we are hungry, so drinking water frequently will save you from overeating but avoid roadside vendors for juices and unpacked water. 2] breakfast- never miss your breakfast even if you are in a hurry, it should be the heaviest and the healthiest meal of the day as it not only boosts up metabolism but also increase concentration levels and charge your body for the day ahead, moreover it will drag you away from unhealthy eating on the way to your office. 3]avoid eating at late night -responding to official emails and calls may demand your time but that does not make you eligible for snack reward, especially avoid coffee and caffeine-containing colas for peaceful and sound sleep. 4] avoid sugary drinks while socialising, read labels carefully and look for latent names of sugar like maple syrup, corn syrup, cane juice, glucose etc. Also, avoid processed and prepackaged foods to cut back on salty snacks. Sugar and salt are the main culprits for giving us bigger waistlines and, therefore, threat to our hearts, not only this processed food may result in constipation. Some food suggestions for breakfast; egg whites or low-fat cheese multigrain bread or roll fresh fruits tea or coffee with skimmed milk or missi roti curds fruits or idli sambhar fruits some food suggestions for meals salad with fat-free dressing soup veggie broth sandwiches whole grains lean meats like fish n chicken seasonal and regional veggies chappati steamed brown rice dals and pulses - sprouted or cooked avoid desserts or take small portion of it some low-calorie alternative foods chappati is better than parantha steamed rice is better than pulao replace fried veggies with steamed veggies try grilled chicken rather than butter chicken fried eggs can be replaced with boiled eggs lemon dressing is better than salad oil dressings like mayonnaise fruits instead of fruit juices would be a great choice why not try buttermilk instead of squash replace processed cheese with cottage cheese lifestyle modifications avoid alcohol quit smoking go for medical check-ups on regular basis exercise, exercise and exercise, at least, 5 times a week join dance or yoga class keep smiling, sleep early to rise early.
