Grade 1means your prostate is slightly increased in size. And if you are symptomatic, then take tablet urimax as advised.

If you don't have any pain, it's worth trying with medical management. Have lots of fluids. And if you continue to have pain, then go ahead with surgery.

I suppose your sonography is normal. That means your prostate is also normal. It's a old age disease. Do not panic on that.
