Hi, Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take Homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

Hello, take Acid phos 30 ch , 3 drops once daily in the morning and Nux vomica 200 ch, 5 drops once daily at night. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

Sir, I am suffering from testicular pain from 10 months. My testicles are at normal size only. And also I have a pain at my abdomen to urge the urine. But no pain at the time of pissing. I consulted a urologist for this problem. I did all the tests and scanning of my abdomen, testicles and kidneys also. He did not find any problem and he confirmed that the pain is due to a infection. I was prescribed So many tablets. But of no use. Please prescribe me with a better solution.

Hello, Every working organ has its own potential. If the work load is greater thn the resting period, the organs starts to show symptoms of its unwillingness in the form of pain, discomfort, swelling etc. Over masturbation must have lead to the exhaustion of your testicles and they are cramping for nourishment and producing pain. Many times I have lots of pain in my breast, stomach, food pipe, jaws and back together after or sometimes before eating and drinking something. No acidity capsules and pain killer gave me relief from this pain, the only way I got relief from this pain is vomiting. what s the reason of this pain and burning feeling.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular body exercises or machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Hello if both partners are happy about having sex daily, it is good for them. Every thing is healthy and happy when both partners are willing. So consult your partner about the frequency of sex that suits you both. In general all normal diets are healthy for sex if you are basically healthy and free of any addictions such as alcohol and tobacco. Eat everything you like, include especially dry fruits in your diet.

high protein diet can be the problem reschedule ur diet plan and take small meal at interval of 2hr and also change the combination of food items u take together like not to take fruits with milk etc.

Hello take alpha ha, 15 drops with water at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs twice daily and take sound sleep of 9 - 10 hours. You will feel better after getting up because you have headache due to lack of sleep.

if possible send exact location of itch or pics. If you have fungal infection/itching, then home remedies or self treatment wont work to cure it, for fungal itch I will prescribe a schedule of anti fungal medication for your specific problem which have to be strictly followed or the fungii may develop resistance and come back later once cured. Hence never self treat fungal itches with any self prescribed medicines or it may lead to resistance and lifelong problem. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Try to apply haroil. Like herbal contents with, in homeopathy, arnica+jaborandi+cantharis+pilocarpin, the shampoo also, with same contents is available. Otherwise, you can use other herbal shampoos, which contain, brahm, I reetha, shikakai etc. Always use soft water for hair wash. Take weisbadan 200 pills weely weekly four times[6-8 pills]. You go with healthy meal patterns. Eat 3 main meals with 2 small meals daily. Eat meals on time and not skip any meal Include foods like curd, milk, soya milk, roasted nuts, fruits, coconut water, whole grains, pulses, banana, shakes, smoothies, roasted grains etc.

Firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
