I would suggest you Sitz bath: take hot water in a tub and add betadine solution, cover your anal area and sit for 15-20 minutes twice a day if possible thrice a day. It will reduce bleeding and helpful for healing. Wash the anal area with mild soap, pat dry and apply the Lignocaine jelly after bowel movement and at bedtime. Liquid cremaffin plus 2 tsp twice a day. You should prevent constipation by eating healthy food, which contains fiber. Avoid spicy, fatty, heavy meals and meat. Avoid smoking if you smoke. If your symptoms persist, I would suggest you visit a general surgeon for clinical and physical examination to know about degree of hemorrhoids. Hello! Get a Xray done of the painful ankle first. There are many reasons for ankle pain. In general cases, it could be because of weight of the patient, prolonged standing ,weak joint or muscle weakness. Take the Xray report to a Physiotherapist and start with the relative treatment. Medications will give you just temporary relief and so, better to avoid frequent use of them. Choose a footwear which is soft and v comfortable in wearing. A heel sole will provide good relief. Avoid prolonged standing and prolonged walking.

1. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times daily after food 2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily 3.Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily 4.Take viscodyne D syrup 2tsf thrice daily 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief 5. consult me for further advice

Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

This seems most likely to be dry eye. Constant strain on your eyes, coupled with stress maybe causing the headaches. You can start some lubricating eye drops to soothe the eyes. However, a number check up is recommended as well, to ensure it is not any change in spectacle power thats causing these symptoms.

Please avoid these things like suddenly waking up. When you wake up in the morning, lie on bed until you feel your head is clear and you can wake up now. And don't stare at mobile or computer screen for too long. It causes stress to eyes and because of that headache occurs. It is getting very common nowadays and you should try to avoid it. Especially, don't stare at mobile screen in the dark. It has resulted in partial blindness in many people.

You should take an ayurvedic enema for better result. Take 2 ltr water and boil some dashmool & trifla in it, till 1 ltr remains. In this add 5 gm salt, 20 gm honey and 50 ml coconut oil. Mix it and take enema daily. It will improve the function. Enema pot you can get in surgical shops.

Vomitings in early pregnancy is a very common symptom yiu have to bear it as you complete 3 months it will start reducing make sure you keep on eating something or the other to take sufficient nutrition and keeping properly hydrated eat whoever you feel like avoid fried spicy and junk food and stay happy.

Schizophrenia is my diagnosis. I was left without a job for about the past 1 year or more. I have a job at this moment, I have taken Solian 50 mg regularly as it affects my concentration going without medication. I suffer from lack of good sleep, a Doctor suggested this as anxiety related problems. Constantly problems keep persisting in my mind which lead to my never being cheerful. I have also had a bad stomach which has been my weakness since school days. I had once nephritis. This often makes me feel lonely and despondent in life. I may put it as dullness persists in my life which takes away from me my energy to pursue any other interest in my life.
