Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. I can understand. Loosing someone near and dear or from a relationship is called grief and depression related to grief is pretty normal. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. Take care.

I am 20 years old male. I have acne and scars on my forehead. My skin type is oily. Can I use medisalic ointment.
No. Specific medicine required. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hi lybrate-user, Pain in your left knee and left foot, at your age of 20 is can be due to so many reasons for knee and foot pain in your age. Knee and foot pain has lot to do with age, lifestyle and physical activity level. You wear high heels on both the sides but why it hurts on the left side only. Many people wear high sandals but they don't have knee pain, especially knee pain. In your case reasons can be many, like lower limb alignment, flatfeet, so many other unilateral structural and pathological joint conditions for knee and feet. Which needs proper workup with detailed history, skilled and professional clinical examination like exact location of pain and nature of pain, basic Xrays to conclude the exact diagnosis to treat the condition. And you ear pain may (all left) or may not be be related need thorough workup. Yes you should visit an orthopedist.

I had T.B one year ago. Now I have continually cough in my throat and nose. So what to do to solve this energy?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, Take homoeopathic medicine - Arsenic Album 30/ 3 times a day for 2 weeks and also take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month. To build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1. Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2. Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These" good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3. Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4. There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4. Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Examples of antioxidants are Beta Carotene (apricots, broccoli, beets, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, and carrots), Vitamins C (berries, broccoli, nectarines, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower) and E (broccoli, carrots, nuts, papaya, spinach, and sunflower seeds), Zinc (oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, and seafood), and Selenium. 5. Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, and helps your immune system to function more efficiently. In addition to supplements, you can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, chilis, and squash. 6. Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7. Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8. Stop smoking and Limit alcohol consumption. 9. You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10. Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system.
