Do not use shampoo and apply coconut oil and only dry excess oil if any without soap or shampoo Hair fall is a very common phenomenon that plagues millions of people around the globe. Most of you take supplements of vitamin on a regular basis as it aids the build-up of new hair and skin cells. Read on to find out how exactly do the various vitamins help your hair: 1.Vitamin A: This vitamin controls the production of retinoic acid in your hair follicle. It is not only helpful for skin care but stimulates hair growth. It is immensely fruitful in moisturizing your hair and keeping it healthy. Vitamin A is usually found in sweet potatoes, carrots, tuna, lettuce, mango, sweet red peppers, green leafy vegetables and spinach. 2.Vitamin B: Variants of this, such as B12, aid in hair growth by managing stress. Vitamin B is found in fruits such as oranges and papayas, and beans. 3.Vitamin C: This vitamin helps you absorb iron from the food you eat which is an absolute essential for hair growth. It also boosts the synthesis of collagen that is required to repair the damage and sustain the structure of your hair. Fruits such as papayas, guavas, lemons, sweet lime, orange, kiwi, vegetables such as broccoli, yellow bell peppers and leafy vegetables are replete with Vitamin C. 4.Vitamin D: This vitamin rejuvenates the hair cells in order to form new shafts of hair. Vitamin D is found in dairy products, mushrooms, soy milk, tofu, and cheese. Vitamin D is also naturally made by your body when you expose your skin to the sun, and is called the sun-shine vitamin. 5.Vitamin E: This aids in stimulating capillaries and enhancing blood circulation on the scalp. This additionally contributes to hair growth due to its high anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidant content. Certain foods loaded with Vitamin E are pumpkin, broccoli, olive oil, sunflower seeds, almonds, avocado, tofu and spinach. 6.Vitamin B5: It is also known as Panthenol, is a vital ingredient that is used in medicines to regulate hair fall. Foods enriched with Vitamin B5 are sweet potatoes, sunflower seeds, avocados, cheese and mushrooms. Other Ways to Help Hair- We have gone over the vitamins that may be important for the health of your hair. But lifestyle changes can help just as much. Try: 1.Cutting back on gels, blow-drying, and brushing hair when wet 2.Lowering your stress by exercising at least 30 minutes a day 3.Drinking enough water, 6-8 glasses a day Being mindful of the foods and drinks you consume, the products you use, and the way you manage stress, can all help improve the well-being of your hair. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask Home Remedies For Dandruff Cure: 1. I have been suffered from feet pain. What should I do to get relief from this pain?

I have been suffered from feet pain. What should I do to get relief from this pain?
The most common foot complaint is plantar fasciitis. At the first sign of soreness, massage (roll a golf ball under your foot) and apply ice (roll a frozen bottle of water under your foot). Give your feet a rest. Cut back on activities that make your foot hurt. Try not to walk or run on hard surfaces. Do toe stretches, calf stretches, and towel stretches several times a day, especially when you first get up in the morning. (For towel stretches, you pull on both ends of a rolled towel that you place under the ball of your foot.) Get a new pair of shoes. Pick shoes with good arch support and a cushioned sole. Or try heel cups or shoe inserts . Use them in both shoes, even if only one foot hurts.

I have gallstone problem so please suggest me how to overcome from this by making changes in food habit.
Hello, there are good medicines in homoeopathy which will cure your gall stone if the size is smaller along with preventing further formation of stones, but if the stone is bigger in size and/ or multiple stones are impacted then surgical intervention is required to treat it. Medication: although prescription depends upon the totality of symptoms, but you can start taking chelidonium q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ 3 times a day for 3 months. Management: there is no specific diet for treating symptoms of gallstones. A healthy balanced diet consists of: plenty of fruit and vegetables. Aim to have at least five portions each day. Plenty of starchy carbohydrates. Examples include bread, rice, cereals, pasta, potatoes, chapattis and plantain. Choose wholegrain varieties when possible. Some milk and dairy products (2-3 portions per day). Choose low-fat dairy products. Some meat, fish, eggs and alternatives such as beans and pulses. Limited amounts of foods high in fats and sugars. Limit saturated fat that is found in animal products, such as butter, ghee, cheese, meat, cakes, biscuits and pastries. Replace these with unsaturated fats found in vegetable oils, such as sunflower, rapeseed and olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds. Make sure your diet is high in fibre. This can be found in beans, pulses, fruit and vegetables, oats, and wholewheat products, such as bread, pasta and rice. Drink plenty of fluid - at least two litres daily, such as water or herbal teas. Try not to eat too much fat at one mealtime. It might be helpful to have smaller, frequent meals. Revert.

Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet People do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife. Girls do get pain in breasts before periods and it is called pre menstrual syndrome, water 'logging' is in entire body but felt more in the breasts due to tiny baloons present whose function is to store milk ,not extra water. It is due to some hormonal imbalance and treatment is simple - reduce salt intake because just observe in your kitchen ,salt has a tendency to 'retain' water , take more potassium present in lemons ,oranges etc. potassium automatically reduces the effect of sodium present in common salt , I am not asking you to eat saltless bland food , but reduce extra intake through chutneys , papads , sauces and pickles because salt is a preservative too. take green tea , because all of the above things rich in potassium leads to more urine , and extra water and salt are out of the body , one does not have to take medicines to induce urination , I hope you know how to do self analysis of breast , look for any lumps ,just to rule out any other reason of pain in breast.

You know your problem is your internet chatting - stop it - only you can decide to stop it - no one can force you to do so. If you still feel tempted , shut down your gadgets at 10 . Fix a time for checking the messages - that too stand in one place , in a room without the fan on - don't walk or sit - this will not allow you to be at it for long. Only if YOU decide to give up the temptation , then you can improve your routine. Social networking is not bad BUT too much of everything is bad. Menstrual cycle can be disturbed if you have an imbalance of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone. It's not unusual to have a hormone imbalance for a few years after puberty and before the menopause. This can cause your menstrual cycle to become longer or shorter. Your periods may also become lighter or heavier. Lifestyle The following lifestyle factors can also upset your balance of hormones and cause irregular bleeding: • extreme weight loss or weight gain • excessive exercise • stress Polycystic ovary syndrome Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of PCOS are irregular or light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with PCOS, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. The production of hormones may also be unbalanced, and you could have higher levels of testosterone than normal. Testosterone is a male hormone that women usually have a small amount of. Thyroid disorders A thyroid disorder is another possible, but rare, cause of irregular periods. The thyroid gland, found in the neck, produces hormones that maintain the body's metabolism (the chemical processes your body uses to turn food into energy). Your Doctor may test for a thyroid problem by taking a blood test to check levels of thyroid hormones in your blood. Anaemia Iron deficiency due to improper diet intake can ometimes lead to irregular periods. So a thorough phyical examination is required regarding the weight History,Menstrual history,Dietary habits and any life tyle change that tookplace in her life.Only then we can reach to a diagnosis and can start a treatment for that particular problem
