You can help yourself make it through by preparing ahead for common challenges, such as nicotine withdrawal and cigratte cravings. R- remove cigrattes & other products from your home, car and work: throw away all of your cigarettes, lighter, ashtrays and matches. Wash your clothes and freshen up anything that smells like smoke. T- talk to your doctor about getting help to quit: your doctor can prescribe medication to help with withdrawal.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

You may think that if you’re lactose intolerant, you just have to sacrifice the benefits of dairy. Yet there’s an alternative: Popping a couple of lactase enzyme supplements right before consuming dairy could help ensure that all the nutrients wind up in your muscles, not the toilet. Lactase enzymes have been shown in several clinical trials to effectively increase lactose digestion; these studies indicate that even subjects who are considered highly lactose intolerant can consume dairy products if they take enzyme supplements. When choosing a lactase enzyme supplement, look for a product standardized for Food Chemical Codex (FCC) lactase units. This signifies the product is produced according to FCC standards to break the bonds holding lactose together. Each person’s ability to digest lactose varies, so you have to experiment to find out how much supplemental lactase your body needs. If you consider yourself to be moderately lactose intolerant, start by taking 2, 500–5, 000 FCC units of lactase when consuming dairy-based protein supplements or foods. Those who are more sensitive to dairy should start with 10, 000–20, 000 FCC units. If your lactase supplement is in capsule form, make sure you take it at least 15 minutes before consuming dairy so your stomach has time to break down the capsule. Lactase powders or chewable supplements can be ingested at the same time as dairy. The meal plan below is designed for a bodybuilder who suffers with lactose intolerance and who wishes to gain lean, quality muscle and strength. If lactose is consumed it can cause bloating which is undesirable for someone who needs to eat frequently. Use the structured plan to give you an idea of what are suitable foods to consume and when to consume them in relation to weight training. The plan is a guide and it's important to vary choices; don't relay too much on supplements and make sure the brands you purchase are of good quality. Adapt the plan to suit your own needs and daily routine and vary portions and food choices from day to day. Also, for maximum performance ensure plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluid. Malaria is a life-threatening disease transmitted through bite of anopheles mosquito infected with a plasmodium parasite.The parasites travel to the liver, where they mature and infect red blood cells.  Symptoms of malaria develop within 1-4 weeks following the infection.like:  high fever with shaking chills profuse sweating headache nausea/vomiting diarrhea/bloody stools anemia muscle pain seizures coma Dragging heavy sensation in abdomen(Enlarged spleen). Symptoms may appear in cycles. Episodes of symptoms may occur every 48 hours in infection with P. Vivax or P. Ovale. This cycle of symptoms is also one of the major signs that you are infected with malaria.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
