Hello, There are few food which helps you in boosting up your memory power, so try to take more of these: 1.Choline: Good sources of choline include liver, milk, eggs and peanuts. 2.Vitamin B: B vitamins are not synthesized in the body, and thus need to be obtained from food. Foods that contain high concentrations of vitamin B3 (niacin) in the free form include beans and organ meat, as well as enriched grain and cereal products. While niacin is present in corn and other grains, the bioavailability of the nutrient is much less than it is in protein-rich sources. The role of vitamin B9 (folic acid) during pregnancy is vital to normal development of the nervous system in the fetus. Good sources of folate include liver, ready-to-eat breakfast cereals, beans, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, and orange juice.Animal protein products are a good source of vitamin B12 (cobalamine), particularly organ meats such as kidney or liver. Other good sources are fish, eggs, and dairy products. 3.Vitamin A: The foods highest in Vitamin A are any pigmented fruits and vegetables and leafy green vegetables. 4.Zinc: Zinc is a very important part of the brain as well; many regions of the brain, such as the cerebellum, and hippocampus have neurons that contain this nutrient.Zinc is needed to maintain normal Vitamin A levels in blood plasma. Sources of zinc are meats, certain seafood, whole grains, baked beans, oatmeal, milk (low-fat), cashewnut, almonds, kidney-beans, cheese, peas, spinach, seame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine for increasing memory - Anacardium 200/ once daily.

There is nothing to get depressed about this. You probably have a wandering eye with an active imagination and therefore you are getting sexually aroused with another woman. Perhaps your marriage is going through what used to be called a 7-year itch and it is getting a bit stale and not as exciting as before. Even the sexual act may be a routine affair and does not get your mojo going. Also, your spouse may be losing her sexual appeal for various reasons and this is also, therefore, losing your attraction towards her. You will need to either accept all this and make good with what you have or the both of you need to introduce other exciting ways to stimulate your marriage to make it more satiating. You sound like you are overweight and this can be a contributor too. So some exercise will do you good and your​ hunger for sex will be aroused enough to want it with your spouse itself.

Instructions for computer use: take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

Dear user, burning more calories that you take is the best way to lose weight. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

I am a social smoker, almost 3 to 5 cigarettes per day and smoking for past 10 years, now I am 30 and I have some breathing trouble. When I stop smoking for 2 days it will reduce, but for me it is very tough to stop totally. So can you advice how to stop? Or any medicines available to control and stop this smoking/ or to get relief from this breathing trouble.

Make a resolution to quit. Fix a date and write reasons why you want to quit smoking. Tell your friends and family of your decision and seek thier help for quiting.remove all smoking reminder from your surroundings like asstrey. Make small goals and achiving those reward yourself. Can use nicotine replacement gums if withdwal symtoms. and can use some priscription drugs for cravings. Can join quit smoking programme.

Hi lybrate-user. It is important to find out underlying cause. Causes of cough are many like. Cold, pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis. Whooping cough. Post nasal drip. Allergy. Asthma copd smoking. Laryngitis. Bronchiectasis. Aspirations. Medication like ace inhibitors for bp. Interstitial lung disease. Heart failure. Rarely lung cancer. Cough may be aggravated by breathing cold dry air, air pollution, inhalation of dust and smoke, excessive use of voice. To findout underlying cause sputum culture, ekg, lung function test, xray of chest and sinuses are done. Dry cough may be relieved by 1. Demulcents that treat dry cough by coating and soothing pharynx and relieve irritation that triggers dry cough. Cough syrup containing sucrose and glycerol. 2. Honey with warm water and lemon. 3. Steam inhalation. 4. Gargling with warm salty water. 5. Cough suppressant containing dextromethorpan or codeine or dihydrocodeine. 6. Sucking lozenges. For chest pain you can take pcm and warm compression at pain site.

Dear Saurav, For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: Salmon Tuna Paneer Soya beans Soya paneer-tofu Eggs Shrimps Granola bars Cheese Paneer Yoghurt Walnuts Dates Apricots Anjeer Raisins Nuts and oil seeds Peanut butter Chicken breast Gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Take homeopathic treatment. Lycopodium 200, acid phos 2oo/ bd and apply arnica + jaborandi q. And lords arnica haioil, lords arnica shampoo. For 15 days. Revert back after 15 days. And apply goose berry paste, coconut oil massage. And eat healthy protein diet, and drink lots of water. And if uoy are suffering from any kind of stress then manage it too.

If you feel you development is not at par with your age, the best and permanent solution is to challenge your body to grow. You can grow more by daily exercises and increasing the intensity of exercise every single day. Not only exercising is important, you have to eat very healthy diet 6 times a day to let your body grow by consuming the nutrients. On a safer side, get your hormonal tests done that will rule out the possibility of any hormonal imbalance.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
