Hi Aisha , Night fall is normal at your age don't worry about it. Take proper diet rich in vitamins and proteins. Avoid thinking of sex often instead try to indulge yourself in activities which will help u keep engage like reading interesting books , listen to your favorite music, play games of your interest.. You can apply this home remedies • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain. • Drink lukewarm water.

I am not taking any medicine except patanjali Madhunashini 2 tabs twice a day. I am not feeling any specific problem like frequent urinating, weight gain etc. My father was also a diabetic patient. vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8.Avoid smoking, consumptionof tobacco and Alcohol

My Son of 10 years age is having some allergy in which he is having itching problem with small rash on whole body. It is more at night. One doctor suggested scabies and given treatment for that but didn't work. Another skin specialist suggested to have IGE test. The result was 1380g which is much higher than the range. Now she advised to go for a comprehensive allergy test which is costing a huge amount. Could anybody suggest some other test of diagnose. He is also have big rashes problem many time earlier during winters maybe because of temperature change or woolen clothes. Pls suggest asap.

Hello lybrate-user there is no need to go for the allergy test. In many cases no allergen can be identified even with this test. Even if you found the problem causing agent then also the doctor will suggest to keep your son away from that thing (food item, dust, pollen or any other thing). Would have to see how ur hand shakes and accordingly tell..Most commonly shaking of hands would he due to a tremor but there are other abnormal movements also so actually seeing you is important .. tremor could be due to plain anxiety stress or sometimes thyroid excess, Essential tremor or parkinsonism.. It depends on your Age.. Parkinson and essential tremor usually in older age.. Anxiety can occur in younger age..Also whether ur tremor is at rest or more during stretching out your hands..
