I am 36 year old. I am suffering from back pain and joint. I am taking some pain relief tablets and ointment, calcium tablets. But not relief for pain. I request to to you that give some advice and solution.

I had been tested for vitamin d and Tsh levels approx 3months back. This is very common problem. It occurs in every 2 persons out of 10000 in an year.
In case of first dislocation because of trauma, accident or fall, main treatment is closed reduction and physiotherapy in people more than 30 years of age.

When the time comes to move and exercise, there is a greater risk of injury. Inactivity has also been found to make knee pain from arthritis worse. Being sedentary results in muscle deterioration that weakens the knee and increases pain
