Hi I am eva 23 years old whenever I come back from work and lie down I get severe back pain I had never experienced this before but I'm getting this pain from past 2 weeks only when I make some movements while I get the pain like when I'm waking up or lying down or turning side otherwise while standing or working I'm just fine could you please suggest me for what reason I'm experiencing this pain.
I am an accountant by profession and spending around 8 hours on system, I am feeling numbness in legs while working on computer / sitting in car and some time mild shivering in hands. Recently I had a viral fever although this problem is started before that I also done blood test all are normal and got consultation from endocrinologist he said just vitamins deficiency and took prescribed medicine for 1 month. However, problem still remain. I also had a Ultrasound whole abdomen and that doctor said you don't have any issue just mild liver enlargement which is not to worry after viral this is common, I also done sugar test many time just in doubt but sugar is also normal but not recently did any sugar test honestly. I am totally confused is there any doctor who can help me to get rid from this weakness. I would really thankful for your valuable advice. I can consult in Delhi/Gurgaon.
I have a lower femur fracture (lower third shaft) of right leg for which it was fixed by a plate screw on 22.7.2016. The fracture is under way of healing and some small gaps are left right now. Major parts were filled with callous. Now I am walking with the help of walker not too much but only for my daily activities. BUT I AM FEELING PROBLEM IN BENDING OF MY KNEE OF AFFECTED LEG. PHYSIOTHERAPY IS GOING ON SINCE 01 MONTHS BUT IT IS BENDING NOT MORE THAN 45 DEGREE AND WHEN PRESSED HARD IT BENDS 50-60 DEGREE. WHAT COULD I DO TO BEND MY KNEE 90 DEGREE. WILL IT PROBLEM IN HEALING PROCESS OF MY LEG OR WALKING. PL SUGGEST. CAN I USER ELBOW CRUTCH IN STEAD OF WALKER AT THIS STAGE.

My Daughter has lot of knee pain from Last 6 months. Last month she was hospitalised due to heavily body pain & fever. Doctor doesn't diagnosed anything with blood reports for Dengue, Malaria, TYPHOID, etc etc so many tests. Thereafter they treated her for TYPHOID cause that was common in those days. After a week She's fine & discharged. But this Knee Pain is still with her. Her Blood count also Healthy. Doctor says she is all well with Different Labs Reports. She is quite inactive & Heavy Weight. Not interested in outdoor games & getting tired ASAP. Please recommend what happened to her. I have threat of Thyroid. Please give solution if symptoms are towards Thyroid.

I am a 35 years male have a problem swollen feet and knee pain and have regular pain below left chest sometime just below chest back side and sometime below right chest and now this are days my forehead use to be heaviness most of the time, before five year back I suffer from malaria twice in one year, within eight months gap, after that my stomach use get bloated several times I consult with with my doctor he ask me to take small meals in one hour gap not to eat to much at a time after few months every things was ok but in the year 2015 mid of june I felt sick, that was my first day I went to gym for physical fitness after doing a work out for half an hour or forty five minutes I was on my way back to my flat but suddenly my forehead was spinning I was getting unconscious my eyes was not visualized properly like heavy lights white and feeling vomote any how with the help of security I went to my flat and felt sleep then next day I went to a doctor and he advice for total blood test, the blood test reports were showing positive jaundice. Uric acid. Cholesterol. Alkaline phosphatase high. Uria creatinine. And hbv positive. Then doctor prescribed medicine for three months with a routine check-up after three months again doing all blood test report are showing everything was normal only usg report was showing liver is enlarge, doctor prescribed medicine for two more months with routine check-up everything was fine good, but again now this are days I am facing the problem like my feet are getting swollen stomach is getting bloated I am not feeling sleepy and not feeling hungry and getting pain again sometime below left chest and right chest below also and same table back sometime lower abdominal left and sometime getting senseless foots and hands forehead getting heavyness eyes are getting dizziness. Please doctor help me.

A proper exercise schedule and regular yoga can actually strengthen your lower back and help it support the spinal cord in a better manner. - Partial Crunches: This one requires you to lie down, prop your knees up with your feet firmly on the ground and your hands behind your head. Now bring your body partially up and stop shy of doing a full on sit up. This will help in relaxing the muscles in the lower back, to a great extent.
- Hamstring Stretches: Get on your back and prop up one knee. Take a towel and loop it under the ball of your other foot. Now lift and hold as you press your foot into the towel, to gradually relieve some of that stress as it plays on your lower back.
- Ankle and heels: The classic ankle pump involves lying flat on your back and stretching your feet before you begin to move your ankles in an up and down motion. Repeat it ten times for each set. You can combine this exercise with the heel slide where you have bend and straighten your knee ten times each, in the same position as you lie flat on your back.
- Wall Squats: While actual squats can be painful if you are suffering from lower back pain, you can take the support of a nearby wall for squats that will work the muscles in a more soothing manner and give you a good workout at the same time.
Touching your toes, running on the treadmill, sit-ups and other forms of intense exercise that make the back work too hard should be avoided if you are suffering from lower back pain.
