Hi Mix castor oil and a little amount of baking soda until you make a paste. Place the paste on the surface of the mole. Leave the paste on the mole for a few hours. The paste will dry after a few hours. This can be done about twice every day.

Tanning can be removed with the help of bleaching, using aha glow face wash and daily application of sunscreen. Use a good quality toner by vichy or body shop.

Hair Loss - Different Homeopathic Remedies That Can Help!

Hair loss practically refers to the falling of hair from the head or the scalp. Another term used for hair loss is alopecia. Alopecia is referred to as a big term for thinning of hair. Hair loss occurs genetically. This is a very vital condition, both in men and women. But apart from this, there are other reasons also, which pose to be a problem for hair loss. Let us learn the causes effectively. This will be the only way to prevent hair loss to some extent.

The various causes that lead to hair loss include the following:

  1. The different kinds of skin diseases that practically affect the scalp are regarded as the main cause behind hair loss. Fungal infections such as tinea capitis, seborrhoea (dandruff), eczema of scalp, or lichen planus are very bad for the health of the hair.
  2. The genetic factors are largely responsible for hair loss.
  3. Some particular hormonal changes also lead to hair loss. For eg. the hormonal changes after the birth of the baby along with menopause can be regarded as one of the basic reasons behind hair fall.
  4. The nutritional deficit in food due to the lack of proper diet can also be a reason. A diet which lacks iron and leads to anemia or even the lack of protein intake is regarded as the major issues leading to hair fall.
  5. When the person is recovering from any major illness or acute fever such as typhoid and erysipelas, it may lead to hair loss.
  6. Some of the drugs and medicines, used mainly for treating diseases and illness of high blood pressure, joint pains, cancer, or depression, may result in hair loss. Anagen effluvium is basically referred to a condition of hair loss due to chemotherapy in a cancer patient.
  7. Injury to head or a physical trauma can also be the reason behind hair loss.

Homeopathic remedies for hair loss
The different kinds of homeopathic medicines, which are required for hair loss due to skin diseases and basically affect the scalp, like dandruff, tinea capitis or fungus infection, eczema etc. include the following:

  1. Psorinum
  2. Mezereum
  3. Mercurius Solubilis
  4. Thuja Occidentalis
  5. Kali Sulphuricum

The homeopathic medicines which are needed for the treatment of hair loss in women after child birth as well as during menopause are:

  1. Natrum Muriaticum
  2. Pulsatilla Pratensis
  3. Sepia Officinalis

The homeopathic medicines required for hair loss especially in anaemic conditions of patients are:

  1. Borax
  2. Cinchona officinalis
  3. Calcarea phosphoric

The homeopathic medicines required to treat and deal with cases of alopecia areata include the following:

  1. Fluoricum Acidum
  2. Phosphorus
  3. Calcarea Carbonica
  4. Vinca

Hair in inguinal region is due to gonadal hormones. It's natural. Don't be scared. If you want to remove then you can use any hair removal cream available in the market.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4. Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic ROSE MOISTURISER ( SBL) 5. Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6. Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Eat these top proteins for good elasticity: almonds, peanut butter, salmon, sardines and eggs. 7. Luten an antioxidant found in egg yolks, spinach, and other leafy greens may improve skin elasticity by almost 20%. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8. Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. This is very important if you are on a diet or have already lost a lot of weight…fish oil is one of your best weapons to combat laxity and looseness of the skin. But, be sure to follow the dosage directions on the label (and consult a physician before taking anything) since the wrong dose may be harmful or dangerous in bleeding disorders (or other medical conditions). 9. Also, it’s important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for good skin elasticity. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: • Red Peppers • Oranges • Grapefruits • Strawberries • Broccoli • Carrots • Mango • Apricots • Sweet Potato • Avocados So, if you have lost elasticity due to poor habits or weight loss ~ the above list should give you a guide on how you may improve your skin starting TODAY. Or, if you are needing a preventative treatment against aging…these habits can take you down the road to a much happier, youthful skin! We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.
