I am a male ages 28 years. I am having a lot of pimple marks nd scars on my face. Also there are lot of pores on my face. Also to mention that my skin is too oily. I have tried many of the home remedies but none of them proved to be effective. Kindly suggest me some effective remedies.

Eczema is a skin condition marked by eruptions that are often pus filled boils. It is also known as Atopic Dermatitis. Also, patients would be advised to use a cold compress every night as this is when the itching increases by leaps and bounds. Further, green tea, primrose oil, aromatherapy and other such methods can also be used to soothe the skin and treat the condition.
