Hi, I am suffering from diabetes for last two years jointly pain problems in my knee, suggests me medicine.
Hello for a diabetic patient, medicine or home remedies works excellent when paired with exercise like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching for 20-30 min for at least 5 days a week along with healthy balanced diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables like melon, watermelon, apple, cucumber, kakri, cabbage, tomato, gourds, green tea, lemon water, diluted salted lassi, wheat grass powder. Avoid sweets, fried foods, carbonated drinks, mango, cheeku, arbi, zimikand and banana take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Also you can make a powder to cure diabetes. Ingredients: almonds - 50 green elaichi - 50 whole black pepper - 50 neem leaves dried - 50 bhunna channe - 125 g without peel grind the above to a fine powder. Take 1 tsp after breakfast and 1 tsp before dinner. Thank you.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Do exercise like yoga and others. Eat more than before. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat extra fish, egg, milk, meat to gain weight. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take sleep for 7-8 hours. These are basic but for more quick and guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi. You may get back pain due to sitting in wrong posture for longers times. And may be your chair structure is not correct. Try to change your chair and do some back strengthening exercises. Good luck.

Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Hello Lybrate user,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: Try to avoid pain killers (Analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you.

Hi, knee pain in your age will be usually patellofemoral pain/ anterior knee pain. You require knee cap application, physiotherapy and medications. Usually your pain increases on climbing stairs, getting up from chair /floor or walking uphill.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. Before walking do stretching exercise and avoid strain rest and heat fermentation ya gentle massage of legs. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment tens therapy for 3 days.
