Hello lybrate user it's common problem related to your back pain. there are several causes improper posture ,any injury to back, sedentary lifestyles or less physical activity like cycling etc.,improper heathy diet. sometimes prolong time pain leads muscle weakness and stiffness.while working or in particular position tight muscle of that region got extra stiff and lock the movement . it can be curable with accurate back exercises and full nutritional diet. but before that there must be full explanations of history.

Muscles and joint pain may be due to uric acid, aso titre or may for arthritis. Stomach pain, diarrhea may b due to improper digestion or any infection in the gi tract. Skin problem have other cause. Hello lybrate user, - you need to follow few diet rules like - have warm water after dinner - have 5ml ginger juice with pinch of salt - take hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with 1/2 glass of warm water before food twice a day for 15 days. - avoid having peas, potato, more pulses for few days. As far as your back pain is concerned, long sitting is definitely one of the reasons for it. So try walking about ever 1/2 hr to stretch your back. Moreover since you're indoors most of the time, your vitamin d levels are likely to be low. Get your vitamin d levels done fasting and learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and do them upto 3 times a day. Revert back with reports.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Plese tell me are you over weighted .if yes reduce your weight first. Second start taking methi seeds water in empty stomach. For this soak methi seeds in 1 glass of water overnight. Boil it and drink it in empty stomach. Avoid late night dinners and rice in dinner.

Heel pain is a very common foot problem. Try few home remedies for heel pain rest - avoid running or standing for long periods, or walking on hard surfaces. Avoid activities that may stress the heels. Ice - place an ice-pack on the affected area for about 15 minutes. Do not place bare ice directly onto skin. Footwear - proper-fitting shoes that provide good support are crucial. Athletes should be particularly fussy about the shoes they use when practicing or competing - sports shoes need to be replaced at specific intervals (ask your trainer). Foot supports - wedges and heel cups can help relieve symptoms. If these doesn't help please see a physiotherapist who can teach you exercises which stretch the plantar fascia and achilles tendon, as well as strengthening the lower leg muscles, resulting in better stabilization of the ankle and heel. You may also be taught how to apply athletic taping, which gives the bottom of the foot better support. Prevention of heel pain involves reducing the stress on that part of the body. Tips include: barefeet - when on hard ground make sure you are wearing shoes. Bodyweight - if you are overweight there is more stress on the heels when you walk or run. Try to lose weight. Footwear - footwear that has material which can absorb some of the stress placed on the heel may help protect it. Examples include heel pads. Make sure your shoes fit properly and do not have worn down heels or soles. If you notice a link between a particular pair of shoes and heel pain, stop wearing them. Rest - if you are especially susceptible to heel pain, try to spend more time resting and less time on your feet. It is best to discuss this point with a specialized health care professional. Sports - warm up properly before engaging in activities that may place lots of stress on the heels. Make sure you have proper sports shoes for your task. Best wishes.
