Whenever I play badminton next day I get knee pain. Specially while climbing and getting down stairs. After 4 or 5 days pain go down. But my other friends also play badminton with me they don't get any knee pain next day.

Ok his muscle endurance is gud then u. Do heat fermentation twice a day and quadriceps exercise in gradually process. After sm time both of you equal. X-ray must of knee to see there any problem.

Can I do gym excercises if I was gone through the lower back pain 3 months back. As per doctor this pain is due to muscels stretch.

A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

I am a tailor and when I put my legs on sewing machine, my right leg nearly becomes numb and I can not work the machine with it and after that there is a lot of pain in my calf although I have no problems in walking and there is no pain generally but when I do that work it suddenly starts at that area of my right leg. This problem is only in right leg not in left one. Pls tell me wht it is and how it can b cured by home remedies.

Hello lybrate user the kind of pain you have described it may cause due to two reasons either due to scitica or vericose vein. Just examine your calf muscle of right leg and vein structure if veins in that area are not stright it looks like a net of veins it is definetly vericose vein. If they are striaght then it must be scitica pain. Scitica is nerve which extend from lumber region upto toes of both legs. If it is compressed on any side right or left due to gap in lumber vertebra pt feels such a pain in that leg only. So just chek it out and also I want to tell you that no home remedy will able to cure any of these two disease you hav to seek help of perticular expert. I hope this ans will help you find what is your problem.

I am suffering from severe sciatic pain in the right thing. Starting from hip to ankle. I am thyroid patient and taking 75 mcg Thyronorm daily. Tsh is 3.5. Severe burning and pricking paint right thigh and ankle. I have consulted physicians. But no relief. Kindly advise what allopathy medicine I should take. please save me sir.

Hi, it will be good if you visit some good physiotherapist for that. Till than you can start hamstring streatching, back isometric exercise, and light core strengthning exercises. Let me know if you feel any further quarry.

I experience tenderness in the jaw bone in exactly 2 spots: at a distance of 1 inch from the chin on both the left and right side. It doesn't pain unless pressed and even that is mild. No pain is felt even during jaw movements. I never got injured in that area either. But it is has been there for a couple of years and thus I felt concerned. Please advise.

Hi I have been suffering from pain in my left leg knee from one year after I delivered a baby by cesarian I can't fold my leg for long time I tried calcium tablets buno difference.Please tell.

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

There is back pain but normally there is no pain whenever I get in the half bend position sometime pain is so high that I have to lay down for some time. Ya maximum 3 or 5 times in a year so what can be the cause why occur at that position only and how it can be cured.

It is not from outside. It's clean from outside. If we touch and press it will be very painful. It is almost downside to fingers, but exactly touches ground while walking. Throughly checked for any sharpen pieces stocked their, but no result.

hi dear -in my opinion - if it is necessary to remove glands- let it be removed , so that to save other body parts from immediate spreading. -however -after the operation again medicine course is needed to protect the body. then u can take cancero medicine course--6 months it will save her life.

I have sinovitus in my right knee and swelling continuously. How can it be improved

Sinovitis is an inflammation of the synovial fluid. It causes pain while taking stress on joint. Repeated friction movement may aggravate the situation. So avoid doing squatting, kneeling, half kneeling&excessive knee bending activities. Cold pack is beneficial with laser therapy &ultrasonic treatment.
