Hello sir, My age 23 years and i am suffering from severe headache (migraine. Is there any remedy for this.

1. Take crocin Pain relief one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4. Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of headache and if required, take CT scan of brain.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

I get pre cum early in the morning and all the medicines do not work so please advice me something that works not something you hope works. Ive tried sensival, duloxe (antidepressants) they seemed to work for a while then stopped Ive tried ashwagandha, acdiphos, staphysgiria (did not work at all) Soya beans works but very occasionally.

I have no problem but some time rapid heart beats that happens just for 2 second twice or thrice in a day on weekly and feel weakness sometimes when I do not take proper diet, I am working person. Last year I had miscarriage as well.

Dear lybrateuser, -Your problem may be due to weakness because of improper dietary habits -do not skip breakfast , even if you do not have much time have a fruit & milk with supplement protein powder or whole grain cereal it will provide you energy for the whole day, try to have meals on time , include more of fruits & vegetables especially green leafy vegetables, non-veg , fish, chicken if you take, nuts -have sufficient fluids 7-8 glasses per day for proper hydration as even mild dehydration causes weakness & lethargy -get investigated for blood cbc, tsh, t3, t4 & sugar levels & consult a doctor.

Massage the breast in circular motion in upward direction with olive oil. Spend at least 15 min on each breast daily. Drink at list two glasses of full cream milk daily. Do push up exercise to strengthen your pectoral[chest] muscles. Eat protein rich diet. Try to put on weight that will increase your breast size also.

Why You Should Eat Breakfast Within an Hour of Waking Up?

Whether you are running out of time or just not hungry in the morning, missing a breakfast is equivalent to a grave crime. It is particularly a big mistake if you are aiming to lose weight or avoiding gaining weight. The metabolism rate slows down while you are asleep for conserving energy, and it invariably requires a power-packed energy to restart the metabolism with a forceful vigour. Therefore, the sooner you fuel your body with a healthy breakfast, the better it is.

When should you eat?

In a report published by National Weight Control Registry, it was declared that about 78 percent of successful dieters have a wholesome breakfast every morning. The ideal time is within an hour from when you wake up because you are more plausible to eat more than needed in the latter half of the day if you do not eat anything in the morning. This will lead to unwanted weight gain and other health troubles. Furthermore, eating a moderate meal in the morning improves cognition and mood as well.

If you are not able to eat immediately after you wake up, you must at least eat something wholesome within one hour. Eating early can keep your blood sugar and insulin levels under control while boosting your metabolism. When you are waiting too long to have the first meal of the day, you will develop a habit of opting for food rich in fats and bad carbohydrates and lower in nutrient content owing to irresistible hunger.

What should you eat?

Before breakfast 1 glass of water is necessary for cleaning of stomach. The ideal first meal of the day must include a balance of carbohydrates, protein and healthy fat. It is advised to abstain from high sugar foods like cookies, pastries, donuts or sugary cereals. Instead, you can look for hard-boiled eggs, proteins, brown bread, oatmeal, muffins and fruit juices. You must also have a cupful of green tea with a few drops of lime juice squeezed over it. This will help in detoxifying your body and bring out your skin's natural beauty and glow.

May be you are not taking enough calcium and vitamin d, most women stop taking basic tonics after delivery. Remember the baby grew to become about 3 kgs in your womb through your resources, now baby weighs about 10 kgs at 1 year and if baby has been given only milk of mother, will she not get weak if she does not eat well for 2 humans. Feeding women do come back in shape like their previous selves before delivery but start taking iron + folic acid + calcium + vitamin d + fresh fruits & vegetables for minerals & vitamins and lots of high protein diet like milk, curd, eggs, nuts, soy, pulses etc. You lost 5 kgs within a month -this is normal.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Bad breadth occurs due to many reasons. In most cases, it is due to plaque or calculus over your teeth. You should check if there is any yellowish or grayish layers around the teeth especially near gum area. For the proper diagnosis of the reason, you should consult a dentist near by and take a deep cleaning of your teeth, it should be done at least once per year. However there may be some other reasons for bad breath. Brush twice properly, use mouthwash, properly clean your tongue, gargling after eating especially after eating sticky or sugary food or drinks will help you reducing it, but to get it diagnosed the proper reason for bad breath is necessary and for that consult a nearby dentist.

Hello, good question. There is no fruit to avoid as every fruit is unique in its own flavonoids, anti oxidants and vitamins content. Point to be noted is eat sugar rich fruits like banana, mango, chikoo, pine apple, custard apple when you are on empty stomach and before sunset. Best to include in breakfast with good protein. If you are allergic to any fruit avoid it. Seasonal fruits are all good as they possess highest quality of nutrients in the season they grow. So grab the opportunity to eat all varieties of fruits that are available. But limit the quantity to 2 per day. Hope this helps you.

Check his hearing-if that is ok expose him to other kids of his age and then speech will automatically develop-sometimes nature has its own ways he will start talking soon -may b sentences with 2-3 words together first and then long sentences.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take belladonna 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health. Good day.

If there is no lump felt by you, it can be retention of water before periods. Take minimum salt, more lemon type juices & weak tea that leads to more urination to get rid of extra water in the body. Drink lots of water. If still worried, get ultrasound of breast -this test is as sensitive as mammography but no radiation risks.
