Hello lybrate user you have to increase proteins & carbohydrates in your diet. Include more dairy products in your diet also add a glass of milk with added dry fruits one in morning. You can also use ashwagandha powder 2tsf in a glass of warm milk at bed time.

Post traumatic stiffness does not have pain free option. Ask physiotherapist to start mobilisation as soon as possible, you may ask him to go slow on you so that you feel less pain, but doing this it may take longer for you to get full range.

Lemon is too much acidic so if you have sensitive stomach avoid it.Do not use it on dry skin.Do not use on pimples.Too much lemon juice can cause heart burn,frequent urination,dehydration and others. Yes,lemon juice with lukewarm water is good for fat burning.

Your foreskin seems to be tight, you need to go through minor surgery (frenulectomy) from urologist or general surgeon.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear Lybrate user. Penis cannot become smaller. There is no chance of it. You have to judge your ejaculation whether it is PE or not with the help of a physician. Sperm quantity or thickness is never counted. But quality is counted, for which you have to get your semen tested. If your penis skin is not moving properly, you should go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

Hello Dr. m taking Himalaya tablets 2 in morning and 2 in evening suggested by psychiatrist becoz m feeling so irritated and lose my temper fast. No one listen what I want no one cares for me. I just don't want to talk to anyone. I want to live alone. M divorce I had one baby boy shit people just use to say that my life is finished now no one remarry me so what's the big deal m also not interested. I am doing loads of work at home and in office 24*7 just want to busy myself just don't want to think anything. When m feeling so tired or like vomiting types then I go to sleep. When anyone talks to me I shout and scolds them. M doing bsc nursing now and m late admission student just a month before my exams and in Oct my exams are held whatever I learn I forgot everything so I feel so irritated then I just keep my books in bag and sleep. Is m getting mad Dr. should I go for mental assilam. My condition is getting worst day by day one of my good friend suggest me to write in Lybrate for what m feeling for what m now many doctors help in this situation so I just go through it. You must learn to love yourself and your life. When you do not like who you are how will anyone else like you? You are indeed unique and there is no one who is going to be like you, ever! You have a problem of self-acceptance, and if I may venture to say may be a rejection issue. This latter may have happened due to an actual rejection which you may have experienced very early in your life. The solution to this is a matter of genuine self-acceptance or self-love. I am not talking about narcissism: this is a genuine love of yourself. It is not based on your appearance alone. You must work on developing yourself in five areas: the physical fitness, emotional fitness, intellectual fitness, social fitness and spiritual fitness. I would also suggest you attend a good personality development program, a speech training course (I suggest the Toastmasters Club), a conversation and elocution course, and to do a personal grooming course too. Education is very good to boost self-confidence, and together with that if you develop socializing skills, you will make it big. Meet with a counselor and ask to be trained in handling emotions, and that will just take you places. Read a lot and meet lots of people, even if you feel too conscious: in time you will get out of this backwardness very well. Do physical fitness exercises regularly. Ultimately, if you believe in God, you will know that you are so precious to Him that no one else’s opinion or acceptance is as important as His. Your life will change phenomenally! All the failures you have had so far is accumulating to convince yourself that you are not acceptable. You may be actually causing all these rejections by behaving in a manner that gets people to reject you. So self-acceptance is the key. You have a son to live for too and if you are not careful you may make him also feel the same over time. Get help from a counsellor and sort​ your life soon.

Depression is definitely something to do with the mind. However, it is important to realize that the brain does not work independently on its own. The food that is consumed definitely has chemicals identified which can make the brain act in different ways.
