Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

For pain do Take UST and IFT for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist Do Take calcium rich natural foods sources such as milk green leafy fruits and vegetables.

Some white spot on nail. My Dr. said vitamin and calcium deficiency so please tell me home remedy and diet from which I gain these. Please tell me diet can I eat fish drink mil or eat egg daily. I never drink milk from 7 years my foot are paining due to calcium is low.

For milk you have to take it progressively skimmed milk like take half glass and add water half and then monitor whether it suits you. You can add curd in your diet as per it suits. Non vegs are good sources of calcium and protein along with milk. Beans, almonds, broccoli, fish etc are rich source of calcium.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. There are many reasons for leg pain, which could be radiation from spine region. Also there can be vitamin d deficiency which can lead to pains, also in some systemic diseases it happens. So for treatment, accurate diagnosis is important. Her blood sugar levels have to be kept under control. As ultrasound, lft and stool are nornal, do dewarm your selff, avoid fatty and spicy foods. Took plenty of fluids.

First of all I am happy to read your que Because you r conscious for this This is sign of varicose veins Don't worry But try to avoid too much standing Put her legs up to d chest This is age weight related problem V can help our body by Wt loss n some prevention of standing position.

Hello lybrate-user how did the pain start? since how many days do you have this problem? shoulder pain in young age is usually because of impingement syndrome. There may be scapular dyskinesis which is common in gym going people because of inappropriate exercises. Please provide details of your problem and correct treatment can be advised. Till then, continue exercises which don't cause any pain. Do lower limbs and other exercises. Apply ice daily 5 times 10 min every time. Take high protein diet.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.
