Hello sir. I am 42, and 102 kgs at 5.8.ft. I am suffering from excessive knee pain and pain below the heels. My blood sugar and uric acid are normal. But I am fat and my body forms gas in low food quantities. It has been years that I take esoz40 in the morning to avoid acidity. Due ti this gas I have continuous body pain which forbids me from physical exercise. Please advice.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

My sister has pain in her left forearm for over a year. We have consulted orthopedics. But no relief and pain continue. Recently one doctor suggested to go for key hole surgery. Kindly advice us whether we can go for it and whether will be effective treatment. Whether will be costly. We belong to a middle class family.

I am 33 years male and have low back pain for 9 months because of pulling heavy object.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 25 years old I ride bike a lot, suddenly I feel my back pain is increasing day by day. Any suggestions?

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take 1-1 tab mahayograj guggul twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Take green vegetables. Do exercises. Do pranayama early in the morning. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Take 7hrs sleep minimum.

Hello lybrate user, - vit-d is less available in food hence it is always supplied in medications form when ever there is deficiency. - as you are having more pain better to adopt ayurveda treatment so that you can avoid further progress of the issue - do apply ksheerabala taila with eucalyptus oil to knee daily twice and give hot fomentation for 15 min - take yogaraja guggulu 2-0-2 for 15 days. - better to take panchakarma treatment like naanu basti and basti karma which will give you better solution. My mother is suffering from back pain in left side upper and lower (initially pain was in upper left side, pricking pain. X-ray was taken and administered physiotherapy but even after One week of physiotherapy, the pain is not reduced. Kindly tell the right treatment to be done.

- what treatment in physiotherapy has been given? - do contrast bath - dip and squeez hand towel in hot water and apply on affected area, when it cools down than immediately appply cold water with ice in it. Repeat this for 10- 15 min for 2- 3 times daily. - in physio thake - us, ift, tapingtherapy - stengthening exercises for back and lower leg by weight training or use of theraband.(this is done only she is able to do all exercises of back without any pain and difficulty) - precautions: 1 avoid any weight lifting 2 avoid any jerky mov 3 avoid forward bending of spine 4 take side turns whike cominv out of bed from lying position to siiting. - consult good physiotherapist for full muscle assesment and treatment. - exercises change according to increase in muscle strength. Do take therapy for atleast 20 days.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I have recently started going to gym. My right shoulder pains internally whenever I do exercise. I though that it will be for few days but this pain still continues and this is my 3rd month of gym.

. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
