• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Before running do stretching exercise then do nw do rest tk hot and cold pack and apply pain relief ointment avoid strain and long standing. After relief do stretching exercise in daily routine. Tk calcium supplements.

Hi, back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work. Causes of backache include: 1) muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement may strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. 2) bulging or ruptured disks. Disks act as cushions between the bones (vertebrae) in your spine. The soft material inside a disk can bulge or rupture and press on a nerve. 3) arthritis. Osteoarthritis can affect the lower back. 4) skeletal irregularities. Back pain can occur if your spine curves abnormally. 5) osteoporosis. Preventive measures 1) maintain a healthy weight. 2) keep your sitting posture correct/straight. Do not slouch 3) avoid bending from back while lifting something from ground, instead bend at your knees. 4) hot fomentation to lower back or the painful part. 5) keep the coir side of your mattress up to give your back firm support and change the mattress if it is curved. 6) wear comfortable footwear with shock absorbing soles in shoes. In case above measures do not help, take rhus. Tox-30, 2 drops in 1 tsp water thrice a day for a week and revert back:

Dear lybrate-user, take xray for neck. Might be possibility of cerivical spondylitis. By xray it can be confirmed. Take ultrasonic therapy or apply heat fermentation for about 15 minutes, after this do nect excercises and shoulder rotation excercise at least one time in a day for a week.

Do maintain eye level and upright in while working on computer system do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 7 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

So basically back ex, abdominal strengthening, general conditioning, posture care, daily brisk walks all can be done, but no exercise should be done which increases your pain. How to remove knees pain from ayurvedic treatment because I m leave ayurvedic medicine.
Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help.

Yes. Reduce weight slowly according to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. You can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice

I have problem with backache. When I lay down, my backside starts with severed pain. So what should I do?

Backache is a common ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do ask for detailed treatment plan..Don’t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem

Ozone therapy has no role proven in frozen shoulder. There are no conclusive studies. Ozone has role only in disc problem at the moment. It may be under study and if you wish to give it a try to know if it works or not, it's your wish. If its primary frozen shoulder, treatment is exercises and injection, if no relief, then arthroscopic release. If its secondary frozen shoulder, treatment depends upon primary pathology.
