Hi. You can do the x-ray of your left knee (AP & Lateral - Standing) and visit nearby orthopaedic doctor. Ignoring pain knee joint can damage the joints more. It may also effect on right one. That's why you can visit as possible as earlier. So that we your treatment can be proceed further. In cold mostly knee joint pain may occur due to lack in Vit D3.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

I am soo weak I can ate as proper diet and much as possible but after before I am weak and pain in muscles and bones give me a treatment for this.

Backk. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Leg pain. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

From last six month I feel strain in my left shoulder collar area. although I exercise regularly. Also I feel strain left upper left chest area near neck. Is it might some kind for infection or some thing else. What kind of test I should do to rectify problem.

It must be some muscle pull, because infective lesions are generally sore irrespective of movement, whereas inflammatory muscle pull generally sore when stretched. you must be having some form of tendinitis. give urgent attention because lesions around shoulder generally leads to adhesive capsulitis if not mobilized regularly.
