my age is 57 during 2013 I went an heart surgery, in vijaya hospital chennai after chest opening Doctor noticed the heart is bulged so he done mutual valve repair, now I am attending office now past threemonths I have got hitching problem I am taking 12 tablets daily.

Dear Doctor I am suffering from nightfall problem from so many years (15 years, sometimes there is ejaculation after seeing some dream and sometimes without any dream. Two days ago me and my wife got our b12 and hemoglobin checked. My b12 is 257 pg/ml and my wifes b12 is 248 pg/ml.
