Hi, Am 33 year old. Am married and have an 2 year kid. I feel I have no body though I have everybody. I feel depressed sometimes. I have thyroid from last 7 years. I tend to forget many things. My husband keeps telling that I am fit for nothing. And I am scared that I am becoming the same. I have taken up corporate secretaryship to come out of these things and keep myself busy but am not able to concentrate on studies also. I tend to forget things. Pls advice.

I understood your problem. Loosing close inmate will defntly show impact on mind& health. I do not say that forgetting is easy, but trying or deviating from those thoughts is easy, if you practice few methods like getting engaging in your favourite hobbies, conducting or attending work shops related to your interested feilds, reading, playing, working more hrs etc. Whenever you feel like depressed, you try to deviate with the other methods, watch movie, travel, chat, work. But do not let urself alone, which will aggravate your problem & moreover in this situation, spending time lonely will show deep impact on your mental/physical status. For increasing the size of your wrist, you need to gain weight. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. For vomitting take tablet vomikind md4 over the tongue and for fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and for dry cough I will suggest you to take syp adulsa 5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and take cp. Amoxicillin 500mg twelve hourly one after breakfast and one after dinner for five days.

Personally as dietitian I do not prefer any medicine for weight loss. All you have to do is take care of your diet with proper exercise. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.
