Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback. **please mention more symptoms of sciatica pain.***

Hello, I am facing body pain these days. I get constant pain in my legs, back, my shoulders and headaches also. It gets worse when I have to go for some walk like 500 m. I can't sleep properly also. Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

I am 26 years old. I hurt my back a couple of months back, I used to workout and my weight used to be 80-85 and currently it's around 92. I've consulted a orthopaedic doctor. I need to lose weight fast but I cannot do weights and cardio combined. Advised against sit up, push ups etc too. How do I go about losing weight without hitting the gym?

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

I have started taking Ashwagandha for my knee pain on your Advice. (lybrate Dr. S) How many months I need to take it. Or do I take break for 2-3 days. Its almost 3 months over. And due to milk intake of twice I started putting on weight. Kindly advice. Morning I take milk coz I am pitta prakruti so hot and sour things can. T be taken so take milk daily. And night milk with Ashwagandha.

Ashwagandha is a rasayan and can be taken for 1 year safely but in low doses. If you have relief in knee pain after taking this combination, you should continue this, otherwise time for a change in the medicine. Take navayas lauh/ shuddh Shilajit / Shilajit cap/ etc. With this existing combination you are taking. Refrain from any pittwardhak food product during this time frame.

Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, Please Inform.

Dear Lybrate user it's your MRI findings suggest with L5S1 SPINAL level disc bulge. If your not benifit by taking any medication or exercise as your so called Dr. must have told you. Either you are wrongful or your treating doctors couldn't identify exact pain generator in spine. If you had pain while sitting may be it unfortunately with discogenic pain due to bulge. If it's not treated by your doctors. I am suggesting you to discuss with your MRi scan so exactly pathology ruled out just simply report has no details to see everything. If chronic pain not relieved better avoid lingering with time ultimate patient is suffering, doctors never sufferers, keep this thing in mind. Hopefully minimal invasive techniques for such problems are best option. We can advise you further in detail. Get due online discussion as per Lybrate policy.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports.
