At your age, knee pain is not a very common. If only pain is the issue then this must be because of fatigue and if other signs of inflammation are also present then that must need proper evaluation. Consult anytime.

My mother's age is 46, She is feeling like her right leg blocked from inside. It takes long to make her leg feel comfort after sitting or lying on bed. She used to walk little bit after eating and also do cooking and rest of the work at home. Not all time pain occurs in her leg but she feels some nerve is blocking. What to to?

* walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

Daily I go for morning walk at 6.30 am. Since 6months my calf muscles gets pain while walking. My vit d3 vit b12 etc all reports are very good. Just started vit. E since20 days. I walk for 35 min. On green lawn. Cycling 15min. There after at 10am my phisio comes and I do 8 to 10 exercises for knee. Foot. Spine shoulder. Neck. Back. With accupresure and massage. Can you suggest to get rid of calf mucle pain. I do exercise for 5 days a week. Drink lot of water. Do suggest.

X rays of both knee joints (digital) this could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi, I think you need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon who can examine you and decipher the exact location and cause of pain. Treatment will depend on the cause of the pain.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Neck Advice Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching.Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strenthening Exercises. It's good that you are thinking of future. First thing will be to reduce your weight. Second thing will be over function tests and USG abdomen to see what damage has occurred due to daily drinking. Do regular exercises. If you are fit, you won't have problems.

Avoid long sitting and tk break between work and use soft pillow for back support. The heat fermentation and stretching exercise of spine. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

That is strain according your age so firstly maintain your posture sit straight and do stretching exercise of both limbs. But nw do hot fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment and rest must. Avoid toward bending, long sitting, lifting weight.

BACK ACHE sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (b) use no pillow under the head. (c) kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days (d) do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (e) make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (f) do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. (g) if no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again
