Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation.. stool c/s, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

Kindly show me digital x rays of cervical spine & photograph of your neck. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I keep on getting cough and blocked noses by every 3-4 months with headaches. But now from previously for sometime I am experiencing headaches wherever I do some extra physical activity. With that when I first contacted ENT he told me its allergy and gave me some medication and later after 1 month when I visited again he referred me to a Neurologist saying its neurological migraine. And the neurologist gave me divalproex extended release tabs. What to do. Should I continue ?

Divalproex shall certainly help you. In case it does not help you to the maximum, then visit your neurologist again and get the dosages adjusted. Hello, Homeopathic remedies for asthma are very effective and can cure asthma permanently . Homeopathic medicines are natural medicines and work by moderating our immune system which usually becomes overreactive in asthma . But i need to know more symptoms related to you as a whole.so that i can make totality of symptoms and prescribe you a better medicine. in the mean time take Ars alb 30, 3 drops once daily and BC No. 02, 5 tabs thrice daily. Hi Sir good evening I have a regular problem of chest pain & burp. I have gone many times for ECG test, two times Ecco and one time tmt test in past six months, all are normal. My lipid profiles also under range. My Bp also goes up to 145/105. I also feel many times pulsation in legs/ heaviness in chest. I am taking pantop 40 & mucaine gel from last five day but no improvement pls suggest me it is cardio problem or other cause.

Hi sir, if your ECG and ECHO will be normal it will be fine .But today for every health problem Hypertension will be the culprit first maintain to normal levels 130/80 mmHg .uare taking pantop it should be taken before breakfast. Avoid oil and fat containg foods eat healthy diet. Whenever you ate lunch breakfast, simple walking for 10 to 15 minutes will help you a lot for the problem of indigestion .If you are facing problem of oedema of feet and periorbital oedema then serumcreatinine levels to be estimated to rule out Renal problems. Routine investigations to be done and appropriate clinical evaluation must be necessary to rule out other problems. Consult physician for further needful.

Stress can take a toll on your health in more ways than one and your sexual health is greatly and adversely impacted by stress. Stress can take a toll on the emotional relationship you share with your partner and also your own physical health, thus resulting in a hampered sex life.

Stress and Our Libido:

By now, we know that hormones affect our bodies in numerous ways from childhood to adolescence, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. Cortisol is one of the hormones produced by stress, and you might have heard of it if you’ve ever seen those late night diet pill commercials with the image of the pixelated woman gaining weight in her abdomen. Our bodies need this hormone, but in small doses for short bursts of time. If elevated levels of Cortisol are being produced for a prolonged period of time, they suppress our sex hormones. Lower quantity of sex hormones equals lower libido.
