Just now I got mri report of my lumber it's says gaps between L3, L4 &L5 nd disk blocked in lumber so I am getting pain In back and have sex problem because of disk blocked.

Firstly you required you physiotherapy session for pain relief then ask to physiotherapist for give you a core stability exercises and spinal extension exercises. It takes 8-10 weeks for full recovery. Avoid sex for this time period otherwise problem is increased.

I have been suffering from back pain. Which kind of medicine and home remedy you'll prefer?

Dear low back pain k liye you can do it perfectly. 1, lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int from all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2. Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fit and fine.

If you have varicose veins, you can help control the problem and keep it from getting worse if you: wear compression stockings. Take care of yourself. Your self-care includes: exercising. Staying at a healthy weight. Elevating your legs. Avoiding long periods of sitting and standing. If your varicose veins need further treatment, or if they are causing complications, the type of treatment will depend on your general health and the size, position and severity of your veins. A vascular specialist (a doctor who specialises in veins) will be able to advise you about the most suitable form of treatment for you.

Hello, First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. Hi lybrate-user. Most commonly the back pain is related to bad posture and lack of exercise. Meet a physiotherapist and get an advise regarding proper posture and fillow it. Try some back strengthening exercises if pain allows. If pain persists you should consult a specialist.

The first way to eliminate stress would be: to meditate, spend some time with yourself and work out the source of the stress. I'm a 22 year old girl, I tried strangulating myself when I was depressed as an attempt to kill myself two months ago. I used a charger cord. Avoid toward bending sit straight do stretching exercise of full spine. Tk heat fermentation twice a day and any muscle relaxant medicine. If it work then ok otherwise tk a x-ray and physiotherapy treatment.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. My bones used to make cracking sound when I move them like in movies they show. Is it good or bad?

Hi, there is nothing serious in sound like crack coming from bone while moving, basically we call it crepitus to that crack like sound scientifically, it is a symptom of weakning of bone which basically start after 35-40 so it is better to first check up the calcium levels n vitamin d.

Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.
