Hello, acne is the most common teenage problem. Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. I would advise you to take homoeopathic treatment for the complete cure of pimples. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch, (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take berberis aquafolium q 10 drops with water twice a day. * management part for the acne-- 1. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals, green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. Avoid oily, junk and spicy food. *home remedy for acne-- crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder, now apply on acne at night.

Iam suffering from black spots on my body I have used many creams but it is not curing. I request you to give an idea.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Iam suffering from black spots on my body I have used many creams but it is not curing. I request you to give an idea.
The black spots on your skin can be due to Sunlight and Traffic Pollution.Continuous exposure leads to production of increased Melanin pigments on the exposed areas resulting in the formation of black spots on exposed areas.Carbon particles in the traffic related areas bind themselves to Arylhydrocarbon receptors (Ahr) on our skin surface ,which are found in both Keratinocytes and Melanocytes. The carbon particles themselves ,especially when they are in Nano form, can penetrate into the skin and activate an inflammation related signaling cascade. This is not exactly proven scientifically but there is surely a visible relation between Traffic pollution,Ageing and Black spots on skin.It is presently just a speculation that when Ahr receptor is stimulated,it could be increasing Melanin production and this is how there is formation of Black pigment spots on Exposed areas. To overcome this problem follow the below given steps. 1.Drink plenty of water and always carry water bottle while travelling. 2.Always use a good Sunscreen on exposed areas 30 minutes before initiating a travel.Preferably use Homoeopathic BAKSON’s SUNCARE CREAM. 3.Apply a good Antipigment cream on the black areas at night preferably Homoeopathic WHITENING CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply in circular fashion at night. Natural Ways to get rid of these black spots 1. Lemon Juice Lemon juice has bleaching properties that can help get rid of brown spots. Plus, it helps maintain soft, clear and beautiful skin. • Simply apply fresh lemon juice directly on the affected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this remedy twice daily for about two months to notice positive results. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with water, rose water or honey. • Another option is to mix enough sugar in lemon juice to make a paste and use it as a scrub on your face, especially on your brown spots. Finally, rinse it off after 5 to 10 minutes. Do this a few times a week. You can also add some oilve oil in this recipe. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk contains lactic acid that helps exfoliate the skin to remove blemishes and brown spots without drying out your skin.Apply buttermilk on your brown spots using a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes before washing the area with water. If you have oily skin or acne, you can also add some lemon juice to the buttermilk. Another option is to mix four teaspoons of buttermilk and two teaspoons of tomato juice together and then apply this mixture on the affected skin.

Recurrence of fissures after lateral internal sphincterotomy.

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS - Urology, MBBS
Urologist,
Dear , recurrence of fissure after surgery indicates that either the surgery is inadequate or you have not followed the postoperative instructions and advice after surgery most important and probably the only factor that causes fissure is constipation which is not a disease but a lifestyle problem. So some readjustment in your lifestyle is essential. Take lot of fluids, take high fiber diet, increase your physical activity in form of walking, exercise, cycling, or swimming. Take emolient laxative like duphalac or cremaffin plus liquid 1 tsf at bedtime and isabgol powder 3-4 tsf in a glass of water. Apply zincal ointment inside anus twice a day especially before passing faeces. In case of pain take sitz" s bath: sit in tubful of warm water. This should help your recurrence of fissure after surgery without surgery.

Want Healthy Skin? 4 Homeopathic Remedies That Can Help You!

Want Healthy Skin? 4 Homeopathic Remedies That Can Help You!

Acne, pigmentation, acne scars, skin discoloration, freckles, open pores and burnt skin due to exposure to the harmful UV rays of the sun are common problems which prevent you from boasting of a skin that is healthy and supple. These problems may not be major; however, they can be cosmetic concerns and be extremely embarrassing for the concerned person.

Homeopathy has simple yet effective remedies for this problem.

  1. Sulphur is a popular homeopathic medicine that is prescribed for those who complain of skin related problems, especially a dry, dirty and scaly skin. This medicine works wonders and improves the skin texture, making it look clearer and healthier. It is also used to treat various kinds of acne.
  2. For a skin that looks dull, dark and greasy, the homeopathic medicine of Psorinum can work wonders. This is probably because the skin becomes excessively oily. This medication controls the sebaceous glands that produce excess oil. It also cleanses the skin pores, leading to improved complexion.
  3. Haphazard use of cosmetic products will only escalate problems. Skin discoloration, patchiness and spots are issues which might crop up with excessive cosmetics use. Bovista is something which can resolve all the issues mentioned above. This preparation helps clear the facial skin, making it look and feel healthy. This homeopathic medication removes spots, scars and evens the skin tone
  4. Freckles are dark spots which appear on the facial skin and other areas that are exposed to the sun. Though freckles are not a major problem, they do significantly affect the skin colour, making it look patchy and dark. In homeopathy, medicines such as Natrum Mur, Lycopodium and Phosphorus are usually prescribed to reduce freckles and clear the complexion.

Homeopathy is a widely used alternative while dealing with skin related issues as it does not carry the risk of any side effect. Though it does not have any side effects, still when it comes to human anatomy, no two cases are same. Thus, it is always beneficial that one should consult a domeopathic doctor first before taking any medicine.

3 Essential Summer Skin Care Musts

Summer means firing up the barbecue grill, throwing on a couple steaks, kabobs and hot dogs, and enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Now, can you tell me what’s wrong with this situation? The part about the sun is what should concern you unless you’re wearing sunscreen, that is.
Summer is arguably one of the most anticipated seasons, but it’s also one of the most dangerous as far as sun damage goes. As African Americans, we often think that we don’t need to apply sunscreen as much because of the melanin in our skin, but in reality, our skin needs protection, too. Here are three steps you can take this summer to protect yourself.
1. Layer on the SPF. Many folks think that SPF is only reserved for long days at the beach, but the reality is you should be applying SPF to your face every day. Now, you're probably thinking, “What if I’m just hanging around the house? Do I still need it?” The answer is yes! If you're near…a window or you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer screen, then you’re exposing yourself to harmful UV rays, which are linked to skin cancer and premature aging. Pretty much any moisturizer will do as long as it has a SPF of 15 or higher. Cetaphil’s Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 is great for all skin types because it’s fragrance free, light weight and protects against UVA and UVB rays. Note: You need SPF all year round, not just in the summer months!
2. Keep your skin hydrated. Dry, ashy skin is so not sexy! To keep your skin healthy and smooth while giving it the moisture it craves, try Gold Bond’s Ultimate Softening Shea Butter Lotion.
3. Don’t stop at the face. We tend to neglect everything from the neck down. To protect the rest of your skin, invest in a good sunscreen. Don’t worry; sunscreens have come a long way. Lots of companies these days are going out of their way to ensure that their sunscreen products are waterproof, sweat proof, lightweight a.k.a. non-greasy yet 100 percent effective. For instance, Sun Bum’s Advanced Broad Spectrum has a SPF of 50. For further doubts ask privately

I have black like spots on my cheeks .bt it is the normal .what can I do to reduced it. please help doctor.
lybrate-user Your data is inadequate to diagnose your case. Hyperpgmentation means black spot is darkening of area of skin due to increased melanin. Causes can be sensitive to sun exposure, acne vulgaris, it can be due to melasma known as chloasma in which it is patchy hyperpigmentation. Sometime stress can also cause increased melanocyte stimulating harmone. Take homeopathy for permanent cure if it is acquared. If it is congenital then no cure.

Its nt about the arteries its about the retracted scar tissue post burns. The scar tissue can be released and your hand can be made straight with ex-fixator f/b skin grafting. Range of motion at wrist joint might get compromised at times consult an orthopaedician or a plastic surgeon.

You can use melaglow plus twice daily. Also, protect eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.
