You must trim down your bulging belly as it is not good for your heart too. Fetch a measuring tape; put it around the body at your belly button level. This number must come to be lesser than 1/2 of your height. So if you are, say 6 feet tall, you need keep your waist under 36.5 inches.If you manage to do that with proper diet and sufficient exercise, you will not just be avoiding diabetes, heart disease and heart attacks, but also, you will look hot and stunning.

Sure should the 30- day exercise in the morning 2 * +, peanuts and jaggery (breakfast assume.) 3. Oil, ghee do not want meat. 4. Lunch better turn. (eat). 5ratriki pulkalu 4+ vegetables. Ok.

Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. If it is only anout your flab on the stomach, do ab exercises like crunches. You may do kapalbhati to reduce stomach flab. Do not eat empty calories. Eat early dinner.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

do lots of running, and cross your limits, the moment you cross your limit that same moment you have to continue as much as you can to increase your stamina, drink lots of cow milk, eat grams (chana), almonds. young boys usually involve in bad habits of masturbation, i hope you are not one of them, sweat a lot, eat healthy, sleep 7 hours to 8 hours. and above all always be happy.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Although Obesity, diabetes, old age make urinary bladder muscles weak but also in chronic kidney failure, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and enlarged prostrate. Or in sleep disorders also it can happen .get your kidney/urine routine /culture tests for bacterial infection tested as advised by some renal specialist .on more detailed enquiry right natural supplement/ nutrition from some top nutraceutical company will help stat.

I am 19 years old. My weight is 84 kg and height is 5'7. My problem is. I feel very fatigued and lethargic after I do exercise. I only do 30 mins walking. Even then I feel fatigued and dull after exercise. I feel normal only if I do not do any exercise. I had got done cardiac stress test, echo cardiogram, and complete blood profile all the results were normal. Should I stop exercising?

It seems you have started exercise recently. Your body and muscles will take some time to get used to the exercise. Don't be afraid of exercise. It is good for health. Drink lot of water. Take one glass every day. As you do more exercise your body will grow stronger and slimmer. You will also lose weight.

Hi Lybrate User, Right now you are about 15 Kgs extra. Plus you have discovered serious issues like Blood Sugar + Thyroid. 1. I think your focus right now should be on how to manage the problem of Blood Sugar. 2. Thyroid can be easily taken care of by regular medicines. 3. Hello, Excess of iron isn't good for the body. Sometimes excess iron can also lead to partial or incomplete uptake of proteins and other vital nutrients. Get up ur existing iron levels checked. No medicine is of use until the lifestyle and food habits aren't changed.

Losing weight is not a hard but maintaining a weight is difficult. Cut down sugar and oil from your diet. Drink plenty of water and do 1 hour exercise daily like walking, swimming etc.

If you want to be fit and healthy you have to regular exercise along with balanced diet.Take small amount of food frequently.Avoid sugar sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take unrefined foods.Take protein like egg white,fish,soy,lean meat,tofu,mushrooms and other sources.Add small amount of fat.Avoid smoking,alcohol.You can use whey protein or other nutritional protein shake as you are doing gym.Take proper rest at night.These will be helpful.
