Hi, hello, one can protect the eyes from the sun by the following points: - avoid going out during hot summer weather or extreme heat during the whole day. - apply a good sunscreen with spf 30. Apply it 20-30 minutes before stepping out. Re-apply the sunscreen if you are out for more than 3-4 hrs. - wear a hat with a broad rim or carry an umbrella. - wear wrap around goggles with protection from uv-rays - keep well-hydrate by drinking plenty of water (10-12glasses of water in a day, but if exposure is more, keep adding the more water). - eat healthy, home-made, nutritious and balanced food; avoid outside food, high-caloried and junk food. - eat more of vitamin a, increase intake of seasonal fruits with yellow or red colour and green leafy vegetables. - keep your eyes blinking frequency which prevents drying of eyes. - get 6-8 hrs of sleep at night and if tired, give them rest during daytime. Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. Dear, *high blood pressure is a common disease in which blood flows through blood vessels (arteries) at higher than normal pressures. *chew 2-3 raw garlic cloves everyday, garlic slows down the pulse rate and smoothens the heart's rhythm. *nutrition, exercise, breathing exercises (pranayama), yoga, meditation, behavioral modification along with various herbs and minerals are prescribed. *ayurvedic diet for hypertension: avoid meat, eggs and salt, reduce protein intake, follow the following vegetarian diet: vegetables: garlic, lemon, parsley, fruits: indian gooseberry, grape fruuit, watermelon, dairy: milk, cottage cheese, clarified butter. Limit sodium in the diet. Cigarette smokers tend to have high blood pressure. Nicotine increases the resting heart rate and increases the release of the adrenaline correct diet and control weight. One important thing to do is lose any excess amount of body fat. Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. I am getting very angry on even small things happening around. I want to manage my anger and stress. Can someone please help me with these issues?

The way to manage anger is to express it all the time and every time. The only problem is that you must express it appropriately. None of the feelings are to be controlled. The way you express them is the issue. Now anger is pure energy and people mistakenly think that they must express anger violently, or aggressively, or they can damage something, or throw a fit, or kill, or hurt, or withdraw, etc. These expressions can be followed, if they are appropriate to the situation. You can instead simply talk about the feeling, write about it and share it with someone who understands, scream and shout in a situation which warrants it and so on. When the expression is most suitable, the repercussions are minimized and the other person tends to understand and is willing to apologize and sort out the matter. Many of us are inclined to worry about the consequences of expressing anger and use fear to suppress the legitimate expression. You can exorcise your anger out of your system by exercising, but it is the energy that is expended not the feeling. Unexpressed feelings will hurt you back by clinging on to a favorite organ and troubling it enough to cause it to malfunction or lead to its total dysfunction. You can also hand over the feeling to God, if you are a spiritual person, and very effectively too. Now, it is also wise to find out why you get angry: is it too fast, is it too high, or is it without provocation? These will help you to determine whether it is worth getting angry at all, in some instances. These can be discussed with a counselor, in case you are still having problems.

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. To help relieve nasal congestion, try saline (pure salt water) nasal drops. If you have a throat infection, or a viral cold then I will prescribe appropriate meds based on your detailed assessment. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Baldness are of two types. Reversible and irreversible. Reversible means the hair follicles are alive and regrowth is possible. Irreversible means hair roots are dead and regrowth is not possible. Thinning of hair is hormone related genetic problem. It is progressive by nature. It runs in the family. Treatment as such preventive as well as curative are there. But it is important to check the scalp and then treat it. Consult trichologist.

Hi lybrate-user have more of vitamins and minerals in your diet, this can be done by having more of raw fruits and fresh fruit juices in your diet. Have lots if vegetables. Increase protein in diet by having more of milk, eggs. Pulses, chicken and fish. Exersice for half an hour daily.

I am amazed to see that u can tell that swelling is in salivary gland it took me year to differentiate that, Dear it would be better if u explain what type the growth looks like. For example its colour. Shape. Does it disappear its own and occur again. Does any fluid ooze out of it. Is it painful U can definitely consult an oral surgeon. It could be ranula/mucosal/inflammatory growth.

Dear, don't worry. This condition is called as phimosis and is not a big problem. You can get rid of it if you show some courrage. Just what you need to do is apply moderate force to retract the foreskin by your hand. Bear some pain. Keep caution, not very forcefully, ok? immediately slide back. This regular exercise many a times does suffice. If you don't get relief, surgical intervention i. E. Circumcision is the ultimate option. Hope satisfied regards.
