There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot.

I am facing Memory issues where A small distraction making me to lose the thing which am doing, somebody ask me to do something even I have something things to do but when times goes am forgetting it. As a remedy I started noting the points that I have to do in a dairy but I forget to look that dairy. And the weird part is I am feeling sleepy when ever I wore an helmet, I am getting perfect sleep that I monitored it using fitness band, am getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day still why am feeling sleepy? I am not under any stress then what might be the reason for such?

I am facing Memory issues where A small distraction making me to lose the thing which am doing, somebody ask me to do...
You are under stress but you are not aware of it. In fact the reason you are so sleepy could be due to depression! You must get into some vigorous exercise program everyday and a few other things I recommend here. Stress can foil memory and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. In the meantime do some of the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, broccoli, blueberries, fish, coconut oil, wheat sprouts, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

Eat more no. Of chapatis, more rice with butter or ghee. Eat more fresh dark green leafy vegetables, more fresh fruits and also take fruit juices. Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you won't grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

How to loss my weight because iam very heavy weight boy so many many problems in my life.

How to loss my weight because iam very heavy weight boy so many many problems in my life.
Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Viral Diseases - How Do They Spread?

MD, MBBS
General Physician, Bangalore
Viral Diseases - How Do They Spread?

Caused by the microorganisms called viruses, infections pertaining to these microorganisms are known as viral diseases. These diseases are different and diverse in nature as they are caused by a number of viruses. Among them, the common cold is the most known viral disease and occurs due to the infection of your upper respiratory tract, namely the nose and throat.

Other widespread viral infections are:

  1. Chickenpox
  2. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus)
  3. HPV (human papillomavirus)
  4. Shingles or herpes zoster (a viral infection that leads to the development of rash)
  5. Viral pneumonia (a condition that occurs due to viruses that are responsible for flu and colds)
  6. Viral hepatitis (inflammation of the liver that is caused by a virus)
  7. Viral meningitis (viral infection wherein inflammation of the membranes that cover the brain occurs)
  8. Rubella, mumps and measles
  9. Herpes

How do they spread?

These diseases are infectious and can easily spread from one person to another. When the microorganism enters your body, it begins to reproduce.

Different ways that they can spread include:

  1. Breathing in the germs present in airborne droplets when an infected person sneezes or coughs
  2. Coming in contact with the body fluids of an infected person during sexual activity
  3. Indirect contact with these microorganisms when you touched inanimate objects handled by an infected person
  4. Viral infections can also spread through insect bites. Certain germs depend on insects as carriers such as ticks and mosquitoes for moving from host to host
  5. Having virus-contaminated water or food is another way in which viral infection can spread from person to person. Such a mode of transfer enables the virus to spread among a large number of people. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Physician.

Homoeopathic cream ----------------- HEPAR -SULPH -PENTARKAN (Wilmar Schwabe India) Chew 2 tabs 3 timess daily----------------- TOPI-BERBERIS CREAM (wilmar Schwabe India)) apply on face in day time----------------- CLEANO FACE WASH (LORDS) Wash face with this face wash before applying creams------------ BLOOME-203 SOAP (BIOFORCE) For normal use on face------------------------ ANTIWRINKLE CREAM (BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion at night-------------------------------- 1.Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be OBroad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). OSun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. OWater resistance OPreferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN (BAKSON). 2.Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3.Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4.Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic SILK nd STAY BODY MOISTURISER (SBL) 5.Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6.Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Eat these top proteins for good elasticity: almonds, peanut butter, salmon, sardines and eggs. 7.Luten an antioxidant found in egg yolks, spinach, and other leafy greens may improve skin elasticity by almost 20%. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8.Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. This is very important if you are on a diet or have already lost a lot of weight…fish oil is one of your best weapons to combat laxity and looseness of the skin. But, be sure to follow the dosage directions on the label (and consult a physician before taking anything) since the wrong dose may be harmful or dangerous in bleeding disorders (or other medical conditions). Also, it’s important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for good skin elasticity.

Deriva- BPO is a good anti acne cream. All anti - acne topical medications can lead to dryness, redness and itching, especially during initial days. All you need to do is stop the application on medication application for 4-5 days, apply a bland moisturizer and return to the medication when erythema resolves. Discuss with your treating dermatologist He will provide you with the best advice in this conditon.
