No papaya and pineapple, apart from that you may take fresh fruits and vegetables and regular antinatal checkups ,and an ultrasound dopplers to see for foetal well-being and heartbeats. Hope you are taking folic acid, vitamin and calcium supplements? Diet should be a regular balanced meal in a small portions at least thrice a day, with milk and grd powder for babies mental and physical growth.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. Dear lybrate-user, Feeling tired and lack of energy can be seen in many cases like low Haemoglobin levels, low blood pressure, diabetes digestion issues, infections or fever etc. It may be due to simple lifestyle issues like untimely food, lack of proper sleep/ oversleep, lack of physical activity etc. You can correct all your daily habits like food (eat balanced food, better avoid processed ones), sleep minimum 6 hours a day, drink adequate amount of water and indulge in physical activities. I believe your problems may be solved. Following are some of the early symptoms of diabetes, but a presence of few symptoms doesn't mean that you have diabetes. It is always better to consult a doctor for confirmation, before getting unnecessarily tensed. 1. Increased Sweating may be accompanied by body odour 2. Tendency to Urinate frequently 3. Excessive thirst 4. Excess Hunger 5. Wound/ sores takes a long time to heal 6. Feels exhausted and fatigue 7. Dry mouth and itchy skin 8. Burning sensation of palms and feet 9. The ideal blood pressure should be 110/70.your Bp is slightly less. Drink plenty of water with little salt. Your pulse rate is slightly high. It could be due to anxiety. Avoid anxiety. It will be normal.Don't worry .You are perfectly normal

Bleeding per rectum is the most worrying problem with many of us. What is required to check this?

Don't get panic.

See yourself it is coming mixed with stool or dripping drop by drop after passing the stool.

It is red or black in colour.

Do you have constipation?

How often is it repeated?

Any medication is taken on the previous day.

Any history of taking food outside in hotel or restaurant.

Any bleeding disorder you have which is known to you.

If you have any one of these make homework and contact doctor immediately with the answer to these question.

Most of the times it is controlled very easily but close watch and full medical opinion is required
