Its about pregnancy Sir I used 2 times misoprostol within six month And now I am not getting pregnant. please help me.
Hello lybrate-user, It appears that you are trying to conceive without success although you did get pregnant twice before. You terminated those pregnancies medically. Recurrent medical termination may be associated with uterine infection. You should get a clinical examination by a gynaecologist to rule out this complication.

If I pill was taken within 48 hrs, very less chances of pregnancy. But as her cycle is irregular, you can do a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

Ivf have a success rate of only 40 to 50%, depending on lot of factors i. E egg quality sperm quality, embryo quality, uterine lining, infection, etc. Don't get stressed, give a break of 2-3 months and try again. Before that get a hysteroscopy done.

6 Ways to Stop Repeated Vaginal Infections

6 handy tips to manage repeated vaginal infections

Vaginal infections occur when the walls of the vagina get inflamed. This can be caused by several factors such as bacteria, viruses, yeast, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), chemicals and clothing. The standard medical term for it is vaginitis and it bothers most women at some point in their lives.

Maintaining vaginal and overall genital health is very important in preventing and dealing with infections that affect the affect the area, especially those which are persistent or recurrent.

Some tips to manage repeated vaginal infections are as follows:

1. Maintaining personal hygiene.
The most important aspect of maintaining vaginal health is keeping the pubic region cleansed and hydrated. Poor hygiene and dryness make it more prone to recurring infection.

2. Using the right products. Harsh chemical soaps and sprays may cause irritation to the vagina and make it susceptible to inflammation due to infection.

3. Wearing skin-friendly clothing. Certain types and materials of clothing have a harmful impact on the delicate skin of the genital area which puts the vagina at the risk of contracting infections. These include nylon underwear, tight jeans and trousers, pantyhose with no cotton lining, etc. Wearing soft cotton underwear and linen bottoms are the best ways to prevent vaginal infection and inflammation.

4. Using protection during sex. Protected sexual intercourse prevents the spread of STDs which cause vaginal infection. Hence, it is always advisable to use a condom while having sex.

5. Urinating after sex. Always urinating after sex reduces the chances of catching a vaginal infection.

6. Getting regular health checkups. The most efficient way of managing vaginal infections is by getting the vagina checked up by your gynaecologist as regularly as possible so as to prevent further complications and ensure early detection of infections or diseases.

These are some of the simple and effective ways of handling vaginal infections. Most cases are not very serious and can be easily treated and managed.

Respected Doctor. How to control or treatment for preeclampsia during pregnancy of 30 weeks. No.
A condition in pregnancy characterized by high blood pressure, sometimes with fluid retention and proteinuria. If preeclampsia is diagnosed close to the end of the pregnancy, the doctors may advise delivering the baby as soon as possible. In very severe cases, there may be no choice and either labor is induced or a c-section is performed as soon as possible. During childbirth, the mother may be given magnesium sulfate to improve uterine blood flow and prevent seizures. The symptoms of preeclampsia will go away within a few weeks of delivery.

She got an endless pain in period time since 13 years. What should she do?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath,
She got an endless pain in period time since 13 years. What should she do?
Dear , a thorough examination by a gynaecologist is a must. If no serious abnormality is detected, I recommend homeo treatment which is very effective and does not have side effects- let her take when she starts feeling symptoms of pain- magnesia phos 200-------twice daily (6 to 7 pills at one time) colocynthis 200-------twice daily (6 to 7 pills at one time) after checking the response during one period, you may opt for private consultation giving me the age, history of complaints and other details.
