Hi, you need to get yourself examined. Better to visit your obstetrician. He/she may ask you for urine examination. Meanwhile drink around 3-3.5litre water per day.

Cyst must be functional. Or remnant of previous eggs. It will go naturally without any medicines. Just repeat USG after one month.
