Yes definitely, it will work. As you had sex very close to ovulation date, you would have had very high chance to get pregnant. But as you took the pill, you r safe. Pill can cause irregular menses for some time but it will go automatically.

I have had 8 fainting episodes this year. This is a new problem as I haven't fainted before November of last year. I'm convinced that these are not panic attacks and witnesses to these attacks have noted that I am remarkably calm beforehand. A couple of these attacks happened while I was lying down watching Netflix at home and one happened directly after a light jog in the which my pulse rose to a point that my friend a former combat medic was unable to count it and my Fitbit reported that it was around 210bpm. My friend also noted that my breathing seemed labored and that my skin was ashen. I have had countless ekgs, a stress test, tilt table test, echocardiogram, routine blood and urine analysis, a head MRI, a zio patch (no episodes), and an eeg which all came back normal. I'm really quiet terrified about all this and am wondering what people might think it is? And why they would or would not suspect a cardiac cause for the syncope episodes? What they would recommend as future steps and weather it would be wise to stop investigation. Also of similar note due to a cold I am becoming short of breath easily which accelerates my heart rate to 150bpm resting 180 walking to and from class, is this something to fret about?

Hello Usually, Cyncop causes due to underlying conditions: spondylitis, hypoglycemia, gastric disorder. Cardiac disorder, specially aortic stenosis, hypopressure. In so many condiction I have noticed cyncop in gastric disorder with resemblenice of cardiac disorder with arrhythmia. Since, all the vital test of yours ,related to cardiac function are normal, I am of the opinion that you are suffering from gastric disorder which might raise your BP with laboured breathing, even cold perspiration may appear with arrhythmia. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

There are tubes of gels that can be applied directly on blister to relive pain or other problem. But since you are on fasting, let them cure by own with time. But if it doesn't, you must visit your local general practitioner.

It forms part of the vulva, or external genitalia, and is similar in structure to the vagina. The hymen does not seem to have a specific physiological function or purpose. I am having loose motions for last 14 days. I just recovered from chicken pox and had taken acyclovir 800 for five days 4 times a day. Is the loose motiins due to side effect or any other priblem?

Acyclovir can cause diarrhoea. Start taking ors sachet 1sachet in 1litre of water. Take cap bifilac twice a day for 7 days. If situation worsens immediately consult a nearby physician.

Dandruff is a generalised term but under this heading there are many other disorders. It can be psoriasis, dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis amentecia etc. Oiling is very important for controlling dry scales. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

The science of orgasm

Orgasm is an intense sexual pleasure and sensation that you derive during sexual activity. It is called commonly 'climaxing' and can be achieved by both men and women.

Types of orgasm:

1. Combination orgasms - this is a range of different orgasmic experiences blended together
2. Multiple orgasms - a number of orgasms within a short period
3. Pressure orgasms - orgasm that is achieved by self-stimulation
4. Relaxation orgasms - orgasm that is derived from deep relaxation during sexual stimulation
5. Tension orgasms - orgasm achieved from direct stimulation
6. Fantasy orgasms - orgasm achieved from mental stimulation
7. G-spot orgasms - orgasm resulting from stimulation of erogenous zones

What happens during orgasm?

In women, a pleasurable release of sexual tension is accompanied by contractions of the genital muscles. Sometimes women may ejaculate, which is a clear discharge coming from glands during orgasm. A woman can achieve multiple orgasms if she continues to be stimulated.

In men, semen, containing sperm is released out of penis due to muscle contractions. A man cannot have multiple orgasms till the penis and testicles shrink back to their normal size.

Hi, take Nux vomica 200, 5 drops , daily at night. Mix 10 drops of Zingiber Q in 1 glass of warm water and do gargles once daily. Chew fennel seed after having your meals. Revert me after 10 days. Thanks.

My heart rate is consistently above 100 at rest. On lying down its 103 and on sitting its 112. I also feel dizzy and weak. Is it a cause for concern?

Many factors influence resting heart rate. Genes play a role. Aging tends to speed it up. Regular exercise tends to slow it down. Stress, medications, and medical conditions also influence the heart rate. You can slow your resting heart rate by doing things that are also well known to help maintain a healthy heart: exercise more. Reduce stress. Avoid tobacco products. Lose weight. Still if your hear rate is more or increasing visit your doctor. Use manual method to find heart rate.

Concentration and memory both are closely related. Firstly you need to have a solid goal. And interest in what you are doing. Once you have thst following things will help you increase your concentration and memory. Concentration is a mental skill that you can develop. There are two ways to improve your concentration: first, raise your brain's natural ability to concentrate. In other words, increase your attention. Second, adjust the environment around you to make concentrating easier. To improve your concentration takes a little time and effort, but it can be worth it. In my personal experience with students. This can make noticeable improvement in a relatively short time. Ideas for daily concentration-boosting habits include: mindfulness meditation - many studies confirm that 20 minutes of meditation or more per day improves concentration and attention span. Focusing on your breathing, known as mindfulness meditation, is one of the simplest way of meditation. Start with ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed. Proper sleep -i am sorry to say it. Pulling all nighter will not help with your grade. Unless you are getting sufficient restful sleep, you are not going to be as mentally focused as you could be. Brain game -. The more you use certain skills, the more they are reinforced in the brain. So it makes sense that playing concentration games and games that require you to focus will improve your concentration ability. You need to be consistent in this. Play for about 10 to 20 minutes each day. Have fun, and get the benefits but remember not to spend more than 20 minutes a day. Your goal is to improve your concentration and not the score in the game! eat healthier - your brain needs the proper nutrients to allow you to focus. Eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid consumption of junk food as much as possible. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Exercise is helpful in both reducing stress and increasing focus. At-least 20 minutes a day would go a long way. Optimize your mental state & environment in addition to building the habits described above into your daily routine, also adjust your environment and your current mental state to improve your concentration when studying. Create a study spot. Your brain loves routine. Create a place where all you do is study. An obvious choice is a secluded desk of some kind, but the trick is to make sure you only study in that spot. Studying in bed is a bad habit, for example, because your body is trained to want to sleep once you get into bed. Remove distractions. Turn off the ringer on your phone and take other steps to prevent interruptions. Don't study with the television on or with talk radio playing. Some studies have shown that soft instrumental music (no vocals) can help improve your concentration. Block background noises. If you have to study or work in an environment where it is too loud (classroom or open space) or too quiet (such as at home or at a library) you can get easily distracted by outside influences. With the right amount of background noise you can actually block out distractions and enhance your creative thinking. Use time boxes. Set a time limit when you need to study new material. For example, let's say you want to read one chapter in a book (and remember it). Decide in advance that you can have 45 minutes to read the chapter, and 15 minutes to review it. Set a timer to keep yourself honest, then pace yourself to keep within the allotted time. Stay motivated with rewards. If you see studying as burden, it's hard to concentrate. One way to stay motivated is to set up a reward system. Tell yourself you have to earn that hour of watching your favorite show later in the evening by first completing one hour of intense studying. That way, even if the material is dry, you have the reward to look forward to. Take a break every two hours. You mental energy will begin to decline after a long period of study. So every two hours or so, take a ten minute break. Walk around, eat a light snack, or just stare at the wall to relax your mind. Concentrating is the first step to learning anything new. It only makes sense that if you improve your concentration, your memory will improve also. Get your self checked by a surgeon to diagnose the degree of lies and treatment depends on it. Avoid constipation .take isabgol husk in milk in night if constipation present. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of liquids.
