I am suffering from chronic asthma. I am asthamic since I was a child. I take 2 capsules of Rotacaps each of Budecort 200 and Asthalin when I get asthmatic attacks. And I cannot perform any Cardio exercises to keep myself healthy. Please help.

lybrate-user its a good thing that you have to take asthma meds only when you get the attacks, that itself indicates, that if you want, you can go for cardio exercises, start simply by going for walks, start initially with just may be 15-20 min of brisk walk, increase the duration of walk by 5-10 min evey 15 days till you can do brisk walking for almost 45 min to 1 hr once you r comfortable with brisk walking you gradually star adding a 30 sec to a min of sprinting to your walk. This will increase your endurance I feel the major hindrance to your cardio is not your asthma but your weight, your BMI is almost 31, if you can reduce your weight and get down your BMI to 25 (that is weight of around 72) you will feel much better. This is going to be difficult but if you want you csn easily do it at your age of 21 Remember persistence is the key to weight loss, it will be a long and tedious journey, but where there is a will there is a way All the best to you.

If it is a fresh injury, then bed rest is a must. Make sure, you have no neurological deficit. For pain you can take paracetamol tabs. Tab bdx 5days contact me again if no relief in next 2-3 days.

Please follow the below for your condition: 1. Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them. •Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies. Note – If you eat French fries regularly, limit your potato consumption to twice a week. 2. Midday sleep plays a crucial role in gaining weight. Take a nap of about 45 minutes to 1 hour, post afternoon meal or lunch. 3. Exercise Regular workout boosts up your metabolism and stimulates your appetite that will automatically increase your intake of food. Being skinny doesn’t mean that you have to stay away from exercising. It is very important to complement your diet with some regular exercises. •You can do light aerobic, stretching, strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Brisk walking, cycling, dancing, swimming, etc. Will also aid weight gain. •Various yoga poses can give you a balanced body mass. Note •Supervision of a trainer is mandatory. •Eating peanut butter before exercising is also beneficial. •Don’t perform excessive workouts; just focus on growth of muscles. Also take Alfalfa Q - 10 drops with little water thrice daily.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Hello, start following instructions which are given below: Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. According to ayurveda there are three basic body energy principal in our body(vata pitta and kapha). These 3 doshas divided in further 5 types to explains their role in our body. Pitta is composed of fire and water. There are five types of pitta & each responsible for a specific area of activity. Out of these five pitta one is known as bhranjak pitta present in the skin tissue, giving it color, temperature and aura. Environmental factor, life style and dietary habits imbalance the body pitta and aggravated pitta dosha creats skin related problems like pigmentation.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

There are no diet foods. You need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Have an early dinner if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least 3 times a week. Exercise can be anything that interests you. Maybe swimming jogging cricket football. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited. Any thing that you do and then leave is not the right thing. Diet is something you don' t go on or off. It' s what you take for life to nourish your body. So stick to a sensible eating plan and exercise routine that you can maintain. Not some diet that is in fashion.

Hi. For pimples use clindamycin 1% gel in morning and retinoic acid 0.05% gel at night time. Also start using saslic 1% face wash twice daily. If acne is severe we need to start oral medications for which you need to consult a dermaotologist personally.
