Dear Lybrateuser, - Do not strain or lift heavy things - apply hot water bag fomentation for 10-15 min 2-3 times a day - take tablet Meftalspaz, 1 tablet twice a day after meals.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your serum uric acid level is marginally raised - to reduce it follow some measures: - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water to flush it out from the kidneys - restrict intake of vegetarian foods such as mushrooms, asparagus, spinach & cauliflower - have low fat milk & milk products - reduce weight if overweight - do regular exercise.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Hypertension is usually not due to constipation, if your treating physician has prescribed medication after investigation & examination then do not stop medication without his advise, also take dietary precautions & if required medication for constipation.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - take some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also limit intake of tea, coffer to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, do not lye down for about an hour immediately after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tab daily half an hour before breakfast for a week - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & do regular exercise like walking & yoga for proper digestion.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do warm salt water gargles three times a day - have more of warm fluids water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid all cold fluids - take tablet Cheston cold, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - have cough lozenges twice a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Rabies is caused by bite or lick of a rabid animal usually dog & the saliva should come in contact with the persons blood - it is not caused by picking up things from the floor & keeping in the mouth.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To regain your strength & to boost your immunity consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products like yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts, healthy fats as in fish, nuts, avocados, olive or canola or sunflower oil -include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise including walking, jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game to build your body & to boost your immunity.

Dear lybrateuser, - Hemoglobin can be increased by taking an iron & vitamin rich diet as in fruits, green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, non veg if you take, beans, lentils, pulses, raisins, nuts such as cashews, figs - also can take an iron & vitamin supplement.

Dear lybrateuser, - Smoking is one the major factors which increases the cholesterol level in our body mainly the bad cholesterol( LDL) - the bad cholesterol is mainly responsible for the plaque formation in the blood vessel walls of the body & heart - to reduce the bad cholesterol level have a diet rich in fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, avoid alcohol & smoking, foods containing trans & saturated fats, junk foods - do regular exercise to reduce levels.
