Dear Lybrateuser, - Dark circles could be due to inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiencies, inadequate hydration, thin skin - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, have 7 -8 glasses of water along with other fluids, sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night - apply cold cucumber slice pack for 15-20 min daily for 2-3 weeks - apply a skin ligthening ointment twice a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Along with medication, foods rich in vit D like egg yolk, milk & milk products, fortified cereals & mainly exposure to sunlight for 10-15 min daily can help - if still not much improvement then consult a doctor as you may require injectible dose.

Dear lybrateuser, - Masturbation does not effect height increase or muscle development - do not form a habit as it will lead to a guilt feeling & weakness - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains & protein rich foods to build your body & muscles - also keep your mind busy in studies, do regular exercises & play games to keep your mind & body fit.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your husband should avoid taking sleeping pills as it can lead to dependency & harmful effects over a period of time - he should follow some precautions in his daily routine: - try to find out if he has any stress due to any problem & try to solve it - try to have a fixed sleep & wakeup time, the body & mind also requires about 7-8 hrs of rest at night - there should be some physical activity like exercise (walking, jogging, cycling) which is a great sleep inducer, also the day should be busy with a job or following a hobby (if time permits) which keeps the mind busy - avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee as the caffiene in it disturbs the sleep, avoid taking it in the late afternoon or evening - have a light meal in the evening as a heavy fatty meal can cause bloating & discomfort while sleeping at night - have a warm water bath before sleep time, also have a glass of warm milk - avoid watching any screen like TV, mobile, computer 2-3 hrs before sleep time as the blue light emitted from them activates the brain, rather listen to light music or read before going to bed - keep the room dark without any noise & disturbance & at a comfortable temperature - avoid napping in the day, at the most 15-20 min in the early afternoon.

Dear lybrateuser, - Excess of anything is bad, so do not make masturbation a habit - divert your mind in studies, your job, do exercises, play games, follow a hobby, keep yourself busy - avoid watching or reading porn if you do so, socialise, the urge will be there if you are alone & your mind is idle - it is only your willpower & determination which can help reduce your habit .

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your blood sugar levels & Hb1ac levels are very high, consult your treating physician as you may require change of dose or medication - also consult a dietician for your exact dietary requirements as a proper diet will help in regulating blood sugar levels - also do regular exercises walking, yoga to control the blood sugar level - check blood sugar levels as advised & take medicines on time.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To be active & energetic you have to lead a healthy lifestyle: - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of processed ones, have protein rich foods like eggs, nonveg (if you have), milk & milk products such as cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts - have a protein food with each meal & as a snack - have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well - have 7-8 glasses of water in addition to other fluids - sleep well foe 7-8 hers at night so that you get up refreshed, keep sleep & wake up time fixed - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing a game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week it will keep you alert & active throughout the day - follow a proper routine the while day - get blood hemoglobin, sugar, thyroid hormone checkup done to rule out any other problem.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To gain weight you have to have a well balanced diet with more of proteins & regular exercise - have fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, butter milk, also have beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, pista - do regular exercise walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week to develop muscles & to keep fit - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Masturbation once in 3-4 weeks doesn't affect the body or mind - your problem could be due to imbalanced diet, lack of concentration, also regular exercise & stress - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains & protein foods like eggs, non-veg, milk & milk products, legumes, pulses, sprouts & nuts - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, also do moderate weight lifting at least twice a week to build your muscles & body - do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10 min to improve your memory & concentration.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To keep fit & healthy you have to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, milk & milk products like yogurt, paneer, butter milk, cheese, legumes like beans, lentils, pulses, also sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, nonveg (if you have) - have more of protein rich foods, in meals as well as snacks in between meals - do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, playing a game, yoga for 15 - 20 min in the morning - have plenty of fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night to boost your immunity.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to aurinary tract infection or if it is a chronic problem then could be due to prostrate enlargement - get urine RE / ME & an ultrasound abdomen & pelvis to know the exact cause - consult a doctor as you will require medication as per the cause.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid high heels till pain subsides - wear footwear with low heel & soft insole - do warm salt water fomentation of feet for 5-10 min twice a day - do x- ray heel to rule out any bony abnormality - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more, max three times a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid constipation & straining at stools - have more of fibre containing foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn - avoid fried, spicy, processed & junk foods - have 7-8 glasses of water in addition to other fluids - have one tablespoon of isabgol in a glass of warm water at nighttime half an hour before bedtime - apply Smuth gel before & after defecation - do sitz bath (sit in warm water for 10-15 min) 2-3 times a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You should drink water when you feel thirsty, if you overload your system with water you will have to go frequently to the washroom - 7-8 glasses in a day are adequate for proper hydration unless there is some problem & an indication for more quantity to be consumed.
