HI Recurrent Tonsils Infections are very common in small kids . Avoid giving him outside food , outside cold drinks or fruits juices and Ice creams . If his frequency of throat infection in more than 4 times a year you can consider for surgical removal of Tonsils.

You should take alfafa tonic daily row tsp at a time for one month. Also take butter sugar paste atleast 40 gram supplied on chappati or bread daily. Drink banana shake mango shake daily. Soaked black raisons in the morning you can start.

Dont worry it may happen sometimes due to hormonal changes. 7 days early or late is normal. Just wait for one to two months if it still remains irregular consult for treatment.

1) Save electricity, save money

Ÿ Switch off when not in use.

Plugged in chargers waste power, so switch off if not charging!Computer in sleep mode draw power, so shut it down at night

Ÿ Replace incandescent bulbs with LED Bulbs.They are 80% cheaper to run and healthier than CFL bulbs.

Ÿ Use star rated appliances..Air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator. They save power in the long run.

Ÿ Don't use the dryer , just hang clothes to dry.

Ÿ Keep refrigerator in shaded part of room , that way less power is used to cool.

Ÿ

Ÿ Use microwave for reheating rather than conventional ovens, definitely less electricity consumption with microwave usage.

Ÿ Stop opening the oven to check repeatedly, it causes heat to be lost.

5) Make large furniture buying decisions strictly from, eco friendly sustainable furniture sources.Furniture's are expensive .Buy after planning

Bamboo furniture's are eco friendly ,as bamboo is a fast growing sustainable grass and not wood.Reclaimed wood, Stainless steel furniture's are green choices which are not too expensive.

You can shop from Craig list , eBay and refurbish your finds.Just take care if it's painted furniture, the paint may contain leas, so proper care needs to be taken while repainting.

6) Save petrol

Ÿ Regularly servicing the car will ensure less fuel wastage

Ÿ Empty the trunk, it increase fuel efficiency.

7) When out shopping carry your own reusable shopping bag.

That way you avoid buying the plastic or paper bag the the store may be giving or Selling!

8) Save paper

Ÿ Pay tax online and ask for an ex receipt.

Ÿ Pay tour bills online.

Ÿ But your train and plain tickets online.

Ÿ Buy your movie tickets online.

Ÿ Buy ebooks, used books

Ÿ Stop buying newspaper and read the news online.

Ÿ Print on both sides of the paper.

Ÿ Use cloth napkins instead of paper ones.

9) Take the stairs and not the elevator. Good for your health and the health of the environment.

10)Buy local, as far as possible. The lower the charge of transportation , the more money you save and less is your carbon footprint.

Other symptoms associated with it are heavyness in abdomen, lazyness, stiffness in morning, getting full with little quantity of food, weight gain, pain in calf muscles etc main treatment is too reduce quantity of food * take only warm water * take ginger & turmeric before food 30 min * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp after food *avoid day sleep * avoid curd * take only cow milk & ghee * avoid sour salty & sweet food * start exercise let me know progress.

You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. Don't worry dear, 2 to 3 percent of pregnancy patients go in labor after their due date. As long as you are feeling good foetal movements, do not worry.

Colgate is just foam water with calcium carbonate as an abrasive, all gud/bad things u hv heard are just hoax, dont belive them, its like swallowing slight amount of lux foam ..

Bad breath is mainly due to d following reasons. One is tartar and bacterial deposits in ur mouth for which cleaning and scaling has to h done 2nd is ny cavity in ur mouth in which food gets stuck and is not cleaned even aftr brushing . Visit ur nearest dentist to get the cavity fixed. 3rd is dehydration which can b due to long term medication or less intake of water.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain and pain management. this is most likely due to dry eye or seasonal eye allergies. cold compresses and splashes of cold drinking water do provide some comfort. using lubricating eye drops with or without anti-allergic treatment will provide long term relief. An eye examination will help identify severity of condition and treatment with eye drops accordingly.

Dear user. I can understand. You have to recheck. If you hip bone size is large it can only be corrected with the help of reconstructive surgery.
