Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high fiber prescribed diet which includes soluble fibre like apple, isabgol etc. Get more physical activity. eat a balanced diet which includes whole grains and excludes all refined products like maida as prescribed. if you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Every pound you lose can improve your health, and you may be surprised by how much. Participants in one large study who lost a modest amount of weight around 7 percent of initial body weight and exercised regularly reduced the risk of developing diabetes by almost 60 percent.

I have problem with my sperm counts, as OK consult to the doctors they said normal counts are 15 millions sometimes my count becomes 2 or 3 millions sometimes it becomes 22 to 25 millions so what should I do to increase that or if there any solution to become my wife pregnant. Dear lybrate user. Sperm Count. 40 million to 300 million is the normal range for the number of sperm per milliliter. Counts below 10 million are considered poor; counts of 20 million or more may be fine if motility and morphology are normal. 1. Avoid overheating your testicles. There's a reason our testicles rest outside our bodies: they need to stay a bit cooler than the rest of our internal organs. When testicles get too warm, they aren't able to produce as much sperm. There are a number of ways to make sure your testicles don't get overheated: Don't wear tight pants and jeans. Wear loose, cotton boxer shorts instead of briefs. Sleep without underwear so that your testicles stay cooler. Avoid hot baths and saunas. 2. Wear a jockstrap when you play sports. It goes without saying, because most men know this from experience, but a blow to the balls will hurt you and kill your sperm. 3. Massage your body with herbal oils. This, along with regular exercise, improves overall blood flow and circulation. Increased circulation means healthier sperm. 4. Reduce stress levels. Stress can decrease your sexual function, leading to reduced sperm production. If you work 12 plus hour days and never give yourself a chance to rest, your count might be down as a result. Try practicing relaxation techniques throughout the day to keep you feeling calm. Keep your mind and body healthy by regularly practicing yoga and meditation, or take up running or swimming. Stress hormones block Leydig cells, which are tasked with regulating testosterone production. When your body experiences too much stress, it can actually stop producing sperm altogether. Make sure you're getting enough sleep every night. Exhaustion can also lead to increased stress and cause decreased sperm production. 5. Stop smoking. Smoking cigarettes causes sperm counts to be lower, makes them move more slowly, and causes the sperm themselves to be misshapen. 6. Drink alcohol moderately. Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic spike in estrogen levels. 7. Ejaculate less frequently. Frequent ejaculations can lower sperm count. Your body produces millions of sperm each day, but if you already have low sperm count, consider storing them up longer between ejaculations. If you have sex or masturbate daily, cut down on the frequency for increased sperm production. 8. Be careful around toxins. Exposure to chemicals can affect the size, movement and count of your sperm. It's more and more difficult to avoid exposure to toxins, but it's absolutely necessary for your overall health and the health of your sperm. Do the following to decrease your exposure: If you work around chemicals all day long, protect your skin with long sleeves and gloves, and make sure you wear a mask and goggles to protect your face. Use natural cleaning supplies instead of cleaning with chemicals. Don't use pesticides or herbicides in your house or yard. 9. Be wary of medications. Certain medications can lead to decreased sperm count and even permanent infertility. If sperm production is a big concern for you, make sure you ask your doctor whether any medication prescribed might affect your sperm count. Look at the labels on over-the-counter medicines, too. 10. Involve in physical exercises. 11. Flax seeds increase testosterone in a man's body. They also contain essential fatty acids that are necessary for maintaining libido. Flax seeds help in the proper release of all sex hormones, facilitating sexual desire. Taking one tablespoon of flax seed every day will ensure your sexual health. Take care.

I am 18 years. Old Now a days I don't feel hungry and eat very less. I feel laziness all the day. What should I do ?

Hi eat your meals on time and at regular intervals. Avoid junk foods tea coffee alcohol and smoking. Drink plenty of fluids. Do some activity like swimming or aerobics or some team games or jogging whatever you enjoy at least thrice a week. Be active and if still you feel lacking in energy levels you may need to get some tests done.

Few days ago I had suffered from dehydration and after that I can't recover completely from that. So please suggest me something for this.

Dehydration depletes body with minerals like potassium and sodium. But body also goes into shock. So some time is required for body to recover. In the meantime, continue taking fully balanced meals with more of cooked and uncooked vegetables. Drink coconut water every day, eat citrus and juicy fruits like watermelons every day, don't stress much. Most importantly drink 1 glass of water every hour. Totally 3 litres of water should be consumed.

1 Normal size of penis in flaccid stage varies from 2. 8 inch to3. 9 inch with average length of 3.5 inch in length 2. Normal size in erect state varies from 4.7 inch to6. 3 inch with average length of 5.1 inch. 3.A person is said to have micro penis when erect length is less than 2.8 inch. 4.Penis Augmentation by vacum therapy/ injection/surgery is considered when erect length is 2.8 inch. 5.Consult sexologist for advice 6.Size of penis is not relevant for a satisfying sex since the inner sensitive area of vagina is only 2 inch. So size of penis more than 2 inch can satisfy woman.

Due to constipation I feel burning sensation and palpitation on chest and nightmare daring dreams daily in nights taking tab. Rabeprazole 20 mg 1 od and tab. Olmesar 20 mg with rosuvas 10 mg 1 HS. Besides I walk daily morning and evening and take 4-5 litres of water. I am unable and as such avoid to take spicy and fried food items. I also take domestic spices at home to arrest my acidity.

Take crocin pain relief one sos, check your BP, check your eye sight. avoid anxiety and stress. take rest and good sleep. consult if not ok. take tab sinarest one tab at night for 3 days.
