Dear Lybrate user, you need fix orthodontic treatment for correct your teeth alignment. It is a long duration treatment. It will take 1.5 to 2 years in completion of the treatment. After treatment your tooth alignment will be correct. For further clean your teeth you need scaling of your teeth. You should consult to your dentist for scaling of your teeth and fixed orthodontic treatment.

Hi Lybrate user, you may need deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab ketorol dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.
