No side effect, you can consume it but you need an expert to calculate it and give you a plan according to your metabolism.

Hi 1. Can be had on a muscle gain plan 2. Only post workout if intensity is very high. Usually avoid in fat loss plans 3. Helps to combat acidity. Can be taken the first thing in the morn until acidity is in control. Remember it is high in sugar so not recommended as a lifestyle food.

1. Eat fruits in the first half of the day 2. Stop carbs by 5 in the eve 3. Eat protein in at least 3 meals a day.

It’s always 70% diet and 30% exercise. They are 2 sides of a coin. Intense workout must be complimented by a powerful diet plan to get best results!

Hi 1. Start walking, running or swimming 2. Avoid breads, fried,junk, alcohol,butter, cheese, potatoes, yam,Maida, Rawa, white rice 3. Eat lean protein attest 40 gms a day 4. Ideally you need to be in a tailored plan to kick Start the process!

1. Exercise 2. Drink 3 lites water 3. Avoid fried, breads, white rice and maida 4. Avoid butter and cheese 5. Cooking oil: rice Bran or olive 6. Avoid ghee And ideally get in a diet plan!
