Hello, follow the below to loose the extra weight:- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. You can take bevon, vitamin supplement, 1 tab daily after meals.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f and Headache(maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports

Hello. Gaining weight has everything to do with your intestines. Make sure your intestines are well cleaned and detoxified. For the detoxification of your stomach consume luke warm water in the morning right after you wake up in sukhasaan position (chaukdi. Everyday. Another best thing you can do is sitting in" prithvi mudra" everyday for about 20 minutes (touch the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight). This yoga mudra will help you obtain the desired weight and shape of your body. Make sure you are consuming a heavy breakfast everyday. Besides try not to eat anything heavy after sunset. And lastly consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee each day along with your food /milk/other eatables. Thanks.

I am 52 yrs old male.Have DMM_II,HTN,BPH.On medication- MetforminSR 500mg BD,Glimiperide 01mg OD,Envas 5mg OD, Amlodepine 05 mg OD,natilyx SR 1.5 mg OD,Ecospirin 75mg HS,Atorvas 10mg OD,Tamsulosin 0.4mg HS.BP remains around 130/95 m Hg,Sugar- F-below 110mg,PP,below 140 mg with medication.Without medication BP-160/110,Sugar 116mg,PP - 166mg. Present complaint Icreased urination,Thirst,hunger. Pleasae advise to get rid of symptoms. Is not that i am over prescribed? or these all medicine are necessary?

Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins like chicken (skinless, egg whites, fish, milk, beans and sprouts so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Hi, drinking too much water could lead o electrolyte imbalance in the body. There are certain amounts of sodium and calcium required in the blood stream always. If this gets flushed out then it would hinder the proper functioning of brain and muscles. You need about 6-8 glasses of water through out the day.
