Hello if ultrasound doesn't show pregnancy then there may not be pregnancy. Your complaints may be pre-menstrual. And for your complaint you should avoid salt not spicy foods, take more liquids, avoid strees, over exertion. Take homoeopatic medicine arnica 200 4 pills twice a day for 3-4 days.

A pregnant woman should take utmost caution of what she eats. A nutritious diet rich in proteins, iron, calcium and omega 3 fatty acids is recommended. Overall besides normal food make sure she takes a big glass of milk daily, 2-3 eggs in a week, chicken/ fish twice a week, take 2 helping of fruits and salads daily. Taking 5-6 almonds alone a piece or two of walnuts daily should overall take care of your nutritional requirements. Hope this helps you.

one thing for sure is that there was interval growth despite of discharge so I think there is probability of appearance of heartbeat. it appears around 6 weeks in transvaginal scan. may be in your case there was delay in ovulation so heartbeat may appear late .Baby s heartbeat may appear in a week in your case but to avoid unnecessary anxiety they might have said 2 weeks. regarding bleeding that may be due to hormones. If it still persists even later in pregnancy then chances of prematurity are there.

Still's disease or Juvenile Chronic Arthopathy (chronic juvenile polyarthritis, rheumatoid type juvenile arthritis) is a rare disease of `Psoric' origin. It commonly affects the under-16. Although these cases look like rheumatoid arthritis, they are usually Seronegative or RA-negative. The exact cause and pathogenesis are not known. Types of cases: Begin in childhood and progress to adult type, often with nodules and RA factor. Begin with peripheral arthropathy with a marked tendency to ankylose, with RA -ve but ANA +ve, usually affecting young men. Some remit in adolescence leaving less disability than in adult RA. Still's disease is difficult to diagnose. Differential Diagnosis: Rheumatic fever Streptococcal infections SLE Psoriatic polyarthritis and Infectious arthropathy. Symptoms: fever, lymphadenopathy, and splenomegaly, with maculo-papular rashes and marked leucocytosis. Aetiological Factors: Aetiology unknown but affected by many factors, including infection, toxins or antibodies, psychogenic, emotional, and systematic disturbances. Disease was unknown before the era of "Alexander. History reveals that majority of the Alexander's army contracted this mysterious disease; and that this was the actual reason for his return. HAS GYMING BECOME SYNONYMOUS TO NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS?
Okay, you are now going to the gym. So, you stack up your kitchen with all the possible supplements that your friend or gym instructor or the expert on some teleshopping show have advised you.
But, where's the real food?" It's not that most people gyming are not eating home food but most are taking in lots of calories and nutrients in the form of energy bars, nutrient-enhanced drinks, and fortified packaged foods. Actually, "real" foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats—are better for you than fortified products.
That's because there's more to a chikki or a sweet potato than just a protein bar or carb drink. Within the body, vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients work together with literally thousands of other compounds, such as color components in fruits and vegetables, special starches and fibers in whole grains, and unique fats in seeds, nuts, and dairy. And it's the whole package that promotes good health and peak performance in the gym or any other sports. Of course, protein bars and shakes seem like a convenient way to take in all nutrients at one go without the hard work of preparing it. But getting these nutrients—and more—from real food is not difficult.
The need for supplementation should not surpass the intake of real foods. Remember, no supplement will work in isolation. For you to achieve the best from it also needs the best of a healthy diet.
Look for some easy ways in the part two of this topic, and your body will get everything it needs for better health and better performance in the sport you are into.
