Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C. For dandruff: 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

My facial skin looks more tanned than my body and it has got a number of swollen rashes, which may look like big acnes, but actually they are not (I suppose) as I do not feel any pain from those bulges. Nor does puss come out from them. They get reduced in size by their own, after some time. Again some do not- they remain as permanent kind of lumps (small) at some parts of my face.

Homeopathy can cure your problems. Acne is situated in the sebaceous follicles of the skin; it depends upon the quality of the sebaceous secretion, and is not, or at least very seldom, determined by the narrowness or closure of the excretory duct. If the sebum secreted by the follicle is too thick, it naturally reaches the surface with more difficulty, solidifies near the external opening, and closes the follicle by means of a plug which has generally a black color. These blackish points are called comedones, or acne punctata. In certain circumstances the disease may not progress any further; on some portions of the skin, as for instance on the nose, this condition becomes habitual. Under other circumstances that will be stated below, the glands thus closed show a disposition to become inflamed. That this is not alone owing to the pressure of the sebum upon the follicular walls, is shown by the circumstance that in persons of a more advanced age the comedones scarcely ever inflame, or that they enlarge to the size of small bursae without any symptom of inflammation whatsoever. The inflamed follicle either changes to a small pustule, discharges and sometimes forms small scurfs, or else the inflammation does not terminate in suppuration, the follicle retains for a time the shape of an indurated, somewhat painful and red papule, and gradually the exudation is reabsorbed. If the inflammation is severe, if the irritation is increased by the pressure and friction of the clothes, the subcutaneous cellular tissue becomes involved, giving rise to a furuncle of a larger or smaller size. These different changes or processes come under the designation of acne simplex. This form of acne appears principally in the face and on the neck, on the back, buttocks, thighs, less frequently on the chest, sometimes on the skin of the penis and scrotum. No other consequences are involved in this affection, except that the places of the acne-pustules remain red for some time. Considering that a number of follicles sometimes become diseased while others are at the same time in full bloom, the face must become considerably disfigured. Acne scarcely ever makes its appearance except between the age of pubescence and the twenty-fifth or thirtieth year. After this period, a few single follicles may become inflamed, but not a whole number together. Males are more subject to acne than females. All the circumstances connected with this eruption show that acne has its essential origin in the sexual sphere. In corroboration of this statement we will allude to the circumstance that on many ladies a few acne-pustules break out during the menses, and that almost every individual who is addicted to onanism, is afflicted with an excessive breaking out of acne. We do not mean to say that acne only breaks out in the faces of onanists. Among the young people of the city acne seems to be general, whereas among country-youths it is comparatively a rare disease. If a predisposition exists, acne may be developed under the operation of a variety of causes, such as overheating, washing a heated skin with cold water, partaking of boiled and roasted or fried fat, more particularly the fat of geese; indigestion, the excessive use of wine or spirits. Among us, for instance, acne prevails in the winter-season, because so much pork or gooseflesh is eaten in winter; jews are likewise troubled with acne, for the reason that they replace the fat of swine by goose-fat, and for the additional reason that they are generally fond of very fat eating. It follows from these remarks that the first thing to be done when treating a case of acne is to prescribe a careful and appropriate diet. This task, however, is very difficult of accomplishment, for the reason that acne-patients generally enjoy the sensation of perfect health, and that a rigid diet, if only persisted in for a short time, effects very little improvement in the disease. The next point is to see to a proper management of the skin generally. Cold bathing and washing is of no use; on the contrary, the trouble seems to get worse in consequence. For acne on the trunk, frictions with soap and the use of the flesh-brush in a vapor-bath are the best remedy; for acne in the face the following proceeding is better than all cosmetics: every morning, or, if the patient has to leave his home early in the morning, then every evening, the face should be gently rubbed for a few minutes with a soft piece of flannel moistened with warm water and greased over with soap, after which it is washed with warm water, and subsequently again with water that is almost cold. The best soap for such a purpose is the so-called venetian soap made of vegetable fats. By means of these washings the disorder is reduced to its minimum proportions. The formation of pustules is, moreover, best prevented by the comedones being squeezed out. The nails must not be used for such an operation, but a small watch-key, the opening of which must neither be too narrow nor angular, is placed upon the spot so that the black point of the comedo is exactly encompassed by the opening of the key which is firmly and vertically pressed upon the skin. This had better be done previous to washing. By resorting to such simple proceedings, the face can be kept tolerably clean.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do regular exercise. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

In our current life style most of us are not equipped to deal with our mental and emotional processes. Due to constant out side pressure and expectations we doubt and question our abilities. Also in a age of super fast life we lean towards instant results, which at times are not possible. This again increase our stress level. The best way to deal with this is to build our resilience and learn to manage our strees level. Once you are able to manage your stress, your self confideance and your self esteem both will increase and you will be able to make better decisions and accomplish lot in life. Try following on a regular basis and in 2 to 4 weeks you will see some positive changes in your life. Stress is a by product of our modern life style. Due to chronic stress you have a negative chain of thought repeating in your mind. The wonderful new is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Dear - good evening - it depends upon what you want, if front teeth or teeth coming in a smile and you want that her smile should look great - then all ceram (porcelain only) or otherwise porcelain fused to metal can also be used. It all depends upon what type and quality of work you want and how they should last - of course all porcelain (metaless) lasts almost double that of porcelain fused to metal. And metaless almosts costs 2 to 3 times the metal fused to ceramics.

Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. 1. Beer works as an excellent hair tonic. The proteins (hops and malt) in beer help repair damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to hair follicles. This in turn adds shine and luster to your hair. 1. Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply flat beer from the root to the ends. 2. Massage the beer thoroughly into your scalp using circular motions. 3. Allow it to sit for about five minutes and then rinse it off. 4. Follow this remedy once every two weeks. 2. Coconut oil:-to get shiny hair, it is important to provide nourishment by applying oil to your hair regularly. Coconut oil (organic and unrefined) is one of the best options. It helps restore moisture to dry and damaged hair, in turn making it shiny and healthy. Apply warm coconut oil on your hair, from the root to the ends. Massage for a few minutes and then wrap your hair in a shower cap or towel for at least 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water, then shampoo and condition like normal. Another option is to add a few curry leaves to two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat it until warm. When cool, massage the oil gently onto the scalp and hair. Cover with a warm towel for 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo. Follow either of these remedies once or twice a week, depending on your hair condition. You can also use olive oil, castor oil, or almond oil and follow the same process or 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo.

Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

In 2008 I was suffering from anxiety disorder and my psychiatrist suggest me paxidep 37.5 for 5 years, after 5 years when he decreased the dose from 37.5 to 25 I again feeling frustrated so he advised me take it one more year same dose. After one year same problem arise, my question is that I am taking this medicine from last 8 years which is affecting my sexual life as side effect, how I can leave this medicine? I am doing night shift from last 8 years and drink on weekend.

Anxiety disorders may at times need long treatments. Paxidep cr may cause sexual problems in some individuals but solutions for these depend upon the side effect experienced. If this side effect is not correctable then you have an option of switching to better alternatives for anxiety. However since you have experienced relapses whenever you tried reducing doses of medications it seems difficult to completely stop these medications, particularly paxidep for anxiety. You need to gradually shift to other medications which can then be stopped gradually later on.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Hi since you travel a lot it is but obvious that you will have to take food from restaurants/hotels which may not be the healthiest option. But here are a few things which you can try and which will work very well too provided you follow them sincerely. 1. Warm water - have one liter of warm water daily. Not at one shot but spread over the entire day. 2. Asafoetida/hing - pinch of it, added to a glass of buttermilk. Take it after lunch everyday. 3. And of course, completely avoid deep fried food, junk food, fatty food and white sugar. These remedies will help to reduce the overall fat content in your body. But if you want to lose inches around your waist, the only solution you have is to work out.

headache may be due to stress,improper diet and nutritional insufficiency.you can take belladonna 200 homoeopathic medicine for headache.use it three times 5 drops in 1\4th glass of water with half hour gap for frequent relief now.you can take it whenever you feel headache.but if headache will chronic remain for more then 10 days then avoid to taking belladonna.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in salt, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Medicine and insulin will work better if you follow diet and exercise.
