start with multivitamin capsule. increase intake of fibrous food and drink plenty of water. keep your stomach fit. avoid spicy food . apply local anesthetic gel over that area.

Kindly get your regular check up done, hair fall can happen due to some deficiencies also, eg. B12/d3. Add protein and fatty acids to your diet. Start takin nutrahair of any hair fall control tablet (that is side-effect free).

To remove pimples and all natural mask are better than artificial products available in the market. You can apply mask from fruit pulps like papita, watermelon or vegetables like boiled potato or tomato or cucumber can applied daily on face. For removal of dead skin and thus dark spots you can use scrub made from coarse wheat flour and honey and lemon and turmeric powder and milk mixed together and apply remove after 10 mins by massaging with hands and then wash with water. Repeat twice a week.

I am getting red coloured itchy pimples on my chest after applying betanovate-n .What should i do?

Hello. Use bengel acra gel 2.5% at night as little amount as possible on the chest for 3 weeks. Please stop betnovate and never apply it again. If no satisfactory response, see a dermatologist in your locality for proper assessment.

Please note the following for your condition: The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs. For further queries get back to me.

Shampoos are not meant to reduce hair fall; at best they can help reduce the roughness of hairs by using mild ingradients. For males most common cause of hair fall is nutritional deficiency and male pattern thinning. Since you have not mentioned your age; first focus on removable causes eg; deficency; such hair fall can be reduced or brought under control by improving your diet. Try taking balanced and on time meals. Include sprouts, fruits, leafy vegetable and some dryfruits regularly in your diet. Wash with mild shampoo to avoid damage to already weak hair shaft. If hair fall persists after these measures consult a qualified dermatologist. In the meantime use a mild shampoo and avoid conditioner if your hairs are short length.

Dear lybrate user, *chandan is used as a ayurvedic herbs for skin lightening since ages. It is one of the most important skin care herb in ayurveda. *it is very effective in the treatment of acne, blemishes, scrapes, rashes and other common skin problems. Sandalwood has a cooling and calming effect on the body when applied externally. It helps the body after overexposure to the sun due to its sweet, bitter and cooling properties. Chandan powder can be used in the form of a paste, lotion or soap for cleansing and hydrating the skin. *avoid more salt, dry, spicy, maida related junk foods, soft drinks, avoid more tea, coffee. *consume more fluids, fresh juice. *practice of breathing exercise to detoxification.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Regain lotion bd for long time this is basic advice that is given without seeing your actual conditionbut I tried my level best, before using medicine on your body

It is not a good idea of increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee. It is not healthy. Lunch: roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc dinner: similar to lunch in-between meals: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc avoid fast foods.

Tea decoction for controlling hair fall Make use of tea decoction for preventing hair fall. Tea is rich in tannic acid which can be helpful to control any scalp infection and to promote hair growth.Prepare a strong tea decoction by boiling 3 spoons of tea leaves in one cup of water and strain the liquid. Squeeze one lemon into the decoction. Mix it well and rinse your hair with this mixture after shampoo. Then wash off with fresh water. Don’t use shampoo after using the tea rinse. This is very effective home remedy for hair loss.

Eggs; dates; raisins; dark green, leafy vegetables such as kale; and whole-grain cereals are all high in iron. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron, so fruits such as oranges, strawberries and lemons should be on your grocery list of foods that prevent hair loss.
